Courtyard by Marriott Springfield Downtown

I have been to this hotel multiple times for work in the area. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean from what I've seen. The food is very good in the hotel as well, and it is in a convenient spot downtown.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. The view from our room was so pretty at night.
Breakfast is not provided.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, but breakfast could have started earlier as often business travelers need to start the day sooner than the posted hours.

This is an outstanding property located in the best location with easy access to everything. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make your the very best. A home away from home. Fast and easy check in and out. Great waffles, food and cocktails across the street.

Have stayed here a few times. Rooms very clean. Staff is helpful. Pool is clean. Located downtown across from a food hall that has beer and cocktails and an occasional event.

Great stay at a great price, nicest in Springfield. The room is starting to show some wear and tear though

MELA downstairs is a great spot to chill and enjoy some delicious food.
The staff there is super.
Housekeeping was very helpful and nice. Rooms were clean.
All and all we had a GREAT stay.

We LOVE our Marriott here in Springfield, We stay here if there is a power outage or our house is being worked on. Weve also had our wedding, a business banquet, and a sweet 16 for one of our kids here. The facility is beautiful and the food is amazing. Erika always makes sure we have an amazing event, and Jeffrey has overseen all of our events and made sure that every detail is perfect. If you're looking for a wedding or party venue, PLEASE give Erika a call.

Nice rooms. Very clean (thanks Crystal) the pool is nice. The workout room looked well we’ll taken care of. Friendly staff breakfast in the morning with the restaurant/lounge opening in the evening. A wonderful place! Springfield OHIO #SpringfieldOhio

Incredible service! Kristen was awesome. She really helped me and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with our room. Room is clean and in perfect shape. I strongly suggest staying here.

In my opinion, this is yhe absolute best place to stay if your in Springfield. Clean, nice rooms and amazing staff. The indoor restaurant is nice and lots of other places near to eat.

#1 best hotel in Springfield I think. I loved my room 414 and it had a nice view outside of the water fountain out front and heritage building across the street. I also liked the dark colors in my room. It made it a very cozy den for sleeping!Very nice. 👍🌟😊😍💯💋⛲💖✨✌

Great hotel friendly staff excellent bar and restaurant nice clean rooms

My stay was for a family occasion that involved a two night stay in the area. I was satisfied with hotel and what it offered. The workers were friendly and helped out when I needed something. They have a restaurant in the hotel that is a separate cost for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food was good. There were some convenient shops across the way for breakfast and lunch needs that are great too. The area is wonderful for walking.

Had an excellent experience here! Had to stay for a whole month over the holiday's due to work. While I was there, everyone was friendly and helpful, the staff really took care of me. Sam and Tiffany on the front desk made sure I had what I needed and when I had an issue took prompt action. Terri at the bar is a superstar! Nick is a jack of all trades, no telling where you will see him. Doesn't matter though, wherever he is, he is taking care of business! Betty Joe in the restaurant will ensure that you are taken care of as well. Speaking of the restaurant, Karol (chef) got my steaks perfect EVERY time! Last but not least, Crystal in housekeeping made sure I was supplied with the essentials at all times. Also, it is incredible how many rooms she could knock out in a short period of time.

Oh! If you like crispy bacon, they definitely have it!

Thank you again my Springfield family for putting up with my antics and taking care of me during my extended stay. I don't know if/when I will be returning, but if I do, you know where I'll be staying!

Lastly, the other amenities, such as free washing machine ($1 dry), and free laundry products were nice as well.

Very nice hotel - in fact, I would go as far as calling it pretty. It is situated and the heart of downtown Springfield and has access to some cool shops, for instance, small business type clothing stores, bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants. Right across the street from Marriott (as in if you're in the back parking lot behind the hotel and walk out of the exit - continuing straight across the street) there is a really great spot to eat at a business called 'CO-Hatch'. They have a multitude of restaurants you can walk up to to pick up your food and you can find a seat in the Commons area, which you can't miss because you'll see everybody sitting, and enjoy your meal. There's even a lost area upstairs for you to kind of overlook the restaurant and Commons area. The best part is, just like the marriott, there is a business center that allows you to rent conference rooms there.

The rooms are really really nice and the service there is nearly perfect The location is downtown right nearby everything and you have easy access to get to the rest of Springfield from it

8/29/22 visit. The bartender made the visit (Missi?) The kitchen was closed when I arrived, she helped make sure I got dinner. Genuinely accomodating. Much appreciated after aong travel day.

Hotel was decent, average for a Courtyard.

Very surprising. Free parking right next to the hotel. Very friendly accommodating staff. Rooms were updated, roomy, very clean. Very nice business center off lobby. Breakfast buffet was only $10, my eggs Benedict were $8.99 and very good. Pot of coffee on the table. Attentive yet unobtrusive wait staff. Great value, you would expect to pay more.

I only stayed one night but it was great
