my trip wouldn’t have been half as fun if it wasn’t for the employee w the split dye !!! they were so so so kind and so fun. the store regardless is very very cute !! lots of goodies to choose from even besides little treats. very very nice place

This place is wonderful!
It used to be a bank for a very long time.
It sure is nice to see things happen in all these old buildings in the downtown area.
Springfield has needed a place like this.
Such a fun place to go and so many treats it's hard to decide. This is a great place for gift ideas. There are toys, unique sodas, an ice cream counter, countless amounts of candy, and even really cool hot sauces.
Everyone has GOT to check this place out.

Great store! This store is full of classic and candy's, sodas and toys. A great place to find that one fashioned treat you can't find any where else or find a hilarious gift for a friend or coworker. Prices are reasonable, friendly service, and great location. Definitely check it out!

Love Grandpa Joe's Candy! Reminds me of long ago candy shop's. Lots of candy that brings back memories when I was young! Hand dip ice-cream also!

Grandpa Joe's candy shop is not just a candy store but an experience. From the walls of unique and intriguing sodas to the candy from other countries - there is so much here to explore! The ice creams are delicious and they offer free samples before you commit to one flavor. I definitely recommend trying a milkshake. This is a great stop for stocking stuffers for the holiday season and a place to grab your gag gifts for white elephant exchanges.

We love taking the grandkids here. From the train that runs along the ceiling to the merchandise and candy, it is a fun visit. They also have scoop ice cream in a couple dozen flavors.

If you're looking for vintage candy, they have some of that as well. You can also buy small toys, puzzles and games. Need a gag gift? Yep, they have those, too. Just a very cool place.

Amazing store that has all the goodies you can imagine. If you've never visited, you really need to if you enjoy great treats. It was my first time here while visiting my mom here. I'm from out of state!

Cute and fun place to go. Got some candy for my office Halloween party and several people said they loved the orange slices and asked me where I got them. It's fun and worth the trip.

My little boy had so much fun here, the staff is so friendly. As I was trying to get a picture of my significant other and son, one of the employees offered to take a picture so that this mama could get in the picture too. It made my day, definitely recommend coming for a visit!

This place is like stepping into another time period, it's absolutely amazing. Brings you back to being a kid again!

Fun place with a wide selection of US sweets and treats with a few international things as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Will be coming back but not too often 😁

What a neat addition to Springfield! They had all of my nostalgic favorites and fun, weird things. The store was very neat and clean for a busy evening, and the staff was super sweet.

Fun for young and old. Have a favorite candy from years ago? They have it. Also have an extensive bottled sodas from days gone by.

Great store! Great atmosphere! I do wish there were more sugar-free options with candy and ice cream though. It is very limited.

What was so neat for all four of my grandchildren from the teenager down to the two year old was... The little white box $5.00; they were handed... those small boxes, each of them stuffed candy from tootsie rolls to sugary other goodies. They each had smiles on their faces when leaving. Not to mention... the younger ones also chose one toy. We will return!!♡
