Scott and his team are simply the best! Hardworking, responsible and honest go a long way when navigating a world I know little about! I had my "engine too hot" light flash on and had no idea what that meant (was it a false alarm or was my car going to catch fire) or what to do. I immediately called Superior and Scott said pull over, turn the car off, open the hood but not to touch anything! A tow truck was on its way and arrived quickly! It turns out my radiator was cracked, sigh. The part was ordered and replaced all with the utmost care. The team communicates well and provides excellent service with a smile!

Let me start by saying that the key to any positive experience starts with the customer service and the folks at Superior Collision are the BEST at it!

My vehicle was involved in an accident with an 18- Wheeler, while I was away on vacation. The trucking company and their insurance were a complete nightmare to work with when it came to covering the costs of the repairs. Despite them being at 100% fault in the accident. Scott and his team worked with my fiancé and I for about a month without complaining or rushing us out the door, even helping us with talking to the insurance company themselves and advocating for us, to get to the bottom of it.

Then comes the work that they did on my vehicle: they picked up the car with a good amount of work needed to be done. By the time I got my car back, it looked like a brand new car off the lot and good as new with a beautiful interior and exterior detail.

Throughout the entire month of headaches from this other insurance company, Scott and his team were the definition of professionals. They were so patient and polite anytime we spoke and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. I’d recommend anyone who needs work or repairs on their car to bring it to Scott, without hesitation!

I started going to Scott and his team at Superior Collision about a year ago. At the time, I only lived about 10 minutes away. I have since moved, and now live over 30 minutes away, but still make the drive to get my car serviced by Superior Collision. Scott and his team provide excellent service at great prices! They also look deeper than the obvious reasons for an apparent problem. Just yesterday, I brought my car in to have a faulty fuel pump replaced. But after investigating, Scott’s team found that it wasn’t the fuel pump, but the wiring harness leading to the pump. So, repairing the wiring fixed the problem and saved me over $200! Thanks Scott! Customer for life! Highly recommend!

After my wife crashed her car during the recent snowstorm, superior collision was called to tell the car. Insurance ended up totaling out the car however the gentleman over at Superior were extremely helpful with making sure all the paperwork was done and helping me clear out all the stuff from the total car. They were definitely top-notch professionals.
