Holiday Inn Express & Suites Peekskill-Lower Hudson Valley, an IHG Hotel

The property was really easy to get to. It was very clean inside and out the only downfall was the pool was out of order and we didn't find out until we got there. Our room was pretty dusty. My son ended up having an allergy flare-up ( he's allergic to dust) other than that breakfast was good, the staff was really friendly. My only suggestion is to update the TV for a bigger screen and newer furniture in the room

My wife had made reservations for three rooms. We were part of a wedding group and we arrived separately in different cars. They were too young ladies, manning the front desk, who did their best to accommodate us with my wife, who did not put any of our names on the rooms, I would recommend holiday express Peekskills just because of the two young ladies smiles, and their courtesy

Stayed with a whole group of family and friends for my wedding. Allison was super helpful, friendly and beyond accommodating! They deserve way more than the two stars they have. Don't be fooled, this is a great place! Breakfast was awesome as well!

We stayed here for a weekend trip while planning to visit Bear Mountain, which is only a 15 minute drive from this property.
Everything about our stay was excellent! We were blown away by how spacious and clean the room was. Housekeeping service was top notch! We looked forward to breakfast each Morning. There were several food options to choose from, and the breakfast hostess did a phenomenal job keeping everything well stocked despite the rush of large crowds. From beginning to end, everything about our stay was great. Thank you for the enjoyable weekend!

This hotel is clean, the staff friendly and hard working. There is a very clean pool here and there is a variety of everything at the free breakfast.

From start to finish, this hotel was Awesome. The front desk was so friendly and accommodating. My Discover card was charged before we arrived and more than the amount on Travelocity. They took care of right away. The room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable. Best sleep in awhile, and the down pillows were so cozy. The shower was so amazing, best water pressure ever! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for my niece's wedding. The room was super clean and spacious. The toiletries were great and breakfast was good for a hotel. The shuttle to the wedding venue was great. All in all, it was a great quick stay.

Great motel with excellent cinnamon swirl buns at breakfast. This places seems new and well-maintained - everything worked as it was supposed to.

It is very good place ! When we travel to book the different hotels, I want to teach my kids what the difference 2 stars hotel with 5 stars! When I enter the room, I know I failed. Big room! Clean room! Soft pillow! Quiet AC. Lots of outlets to plug my phones…What shock me is “ Check-in “. It is far better than any hotels before!!! I unload package and park my car, my wife already finished the check-in. The swimming pool just next to the elevator! Breakfast is fine, they offer the paper bag for you to take out some food, how welcoming!!! Even ii is 21 mins to Woodbury outlet, definitely we will come back in the next time!

I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples and even solo travelers. It's so relaxing, quiet and refreshing. The food is very good and the rooms are well-maintained.

Needed a place to stay while construction was done at home. Location very convenient. Room spacious, clean and had a view over Hudson river. Facilities have a pool (inside), laundry room and gym. Bathroom has a Jetted tub and shower. Breakfast was fresh from scratch everyday with many options and well balanced. Staff very friendly and helpful. COVID-19 safety rules respected by staff and guests. I had a very nice experience staying there.

The most important part of this review is that every staff member we came in contact with were very guest service oriented. The grounds are kept clean. The lobby is very nice and quaint with nice seating area and TV. At the service desk there are always fresh baked cookies for guests. Just outside the lobby is a large refreshment and lounge area. Across from lounge is swimming pool and fitness center. The views from outside the entrance are amazing!!!

The hotel was extremely clean and very new looking. The rooms were spacious, as was the bathroom. The bathroom had bath and body works soaps and a little bag with q-tips, makeup remover wipes and nail file. The breakfast was complimentary and had tons of options including omelettes, cinabon cinnamon buns, cereal, oatmeal and a few others. There was a nice indoor pool as well. We had a great stay!

A fellow Marine/NYPD had passed away so I stood here for his memorial service. I had arrived from Massachusetts with no plans or reservations. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Boris who went above and beyond to not only find me a room but I was able to check in a little early which just put the icing on the cake! The rooms are so clean and refreshing, Spacious, and what a great deal too! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a clean, friendly , peaceful, experience that is second to none! I cannot say enough about Boris too. And the lady who works after him. They were so helpful I can’t say enough Thank you so much for everything! You made my stay far from home feel amazing and the reason why I was here that much easier. I appreciate your professionalism. 5 star all day long! With Covid restrictions in place too.

Able to reserve same day. Not pet friendly. The location is in more of a business industrial area and across from a river park.

When we walked in was a bit concerned due to a musty smell, realized it was the indoor pool.

The rooms were immaculant, fantastic amenities. room size, and bathroom size.

Very clean room, beds comfy. This is one of the few hotels that I have stayed in during COVID that has a nice hot and cold breakfast offering, daily housekeeping service and an open pool. Public areas of hotel also very clean and inviting. Front desk people friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice friendly location near the river. There is a great paved trail that leads to a wonderful park and nice Italian bakery.

The hotel is right on the water in Peakskill. We were there in time for a beautiful sunset over there Hudson, definitely worth it for the view alone. The hotel is CLEAN, and you can smell it the moment you come in. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and we really enjoyed the 2 bed suite. The bathroom is modern, the beds are super comfortable, and the price can't be beat. The breakfast was also over the top, the best free breakfast I've had!

We took refuge here for one night during our move to a new house and we had a great stay. We asked for a bigger room from the get-go as it was 4 of us (2 kids) and the front desk staff accommodated. Bed was super comfortable, it was quiet, and included breakfast and free wifi. also the hotel is pretty new (4 years or so) and has an indoor pool which we did not get a chance to use. recommended.

Slept like a baby, VERY comfortable. The employees were GREAT, so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was *MUCH* better than the Hilton that we stayed at recently.
