Hampton Inn Springfield

One of the nicest Hampton Inn's I've had the pleasure of staying at. Everything in the room was fresh, new, and clean. The staff were delightful and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about Sydney who was kind and quickly helped me resolve issues caused by the Hilton App.

I had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at the Hampton Inn, Springfield OH, recently. The rooms were nice and seemed to be newly renovated. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jenae, the hotel GM, she was awesome. Entire staff was great. Convenient location and this is where I will stay when business brings me to Springfield again.

Great stay and enjoyed Micheal at the front desk. Clean, Nice place. Only issue I had was that I couldn't stay longer. Stay Blessed!

Nice, clean hotel. The staff at this hotel are friendly and caring, led by the manager, Janae. The pool is very nice and the free, hot breakfast was excellent. I recommend!

Place was awesome. Exactly what I needed after long day on the road. My Ms. Kitty loved the room also. Hard to find place that takes pets and this hotel was exceptional.

This was my 1st visit and if I have to visit OH again, I will stay here. The Front Desk Crew was really friendly. The room was great. I stayed on the 4th fl.

Hampton Inn is my favorite place to stay in Springfield. Why should you believe me?

Comfort Inn Suites
Red Roof Inn

And the Hamptons are still the best. They have the best atmosphere, reasonably comfortable beds, great hot breakfast, and a solid weight room 👌.

P.S. Springfield is practically my second home with all the work I've done here the last 3 months.

P.P.S The other hotels listed are from best to worst. Don't stay at the Red Roof Inn.

This hotel had a very friendly front desk staff, clean rooms with modern decor, big bathroom, good breakfast with hot and cold options, and finally (something rare in hotels!) -- plenty of hooks to hang towels and toiletries bags on! We'd definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! Staff was really friendly.Rooms were immaculate, clean, smells good. Breakfast was on point, The bagel toppers, amazing! Over all I would stay at this hotel at least 5 days of the week !

Front desk people were amazing. Rooms clean and fresh. The service is good. They are renovating and updating some rooms and the pool. Pet friendly. Firearm friendly. 6 stars out of 5. Very happy.

Location was Excellent while traveling..
"Easy off and Easy on" the Highway. I would Definitely stay here again.

Got a room for the night to get out of the neighborhood hotel.. need was fairly comfortable, but not the most. Being able to use the Hilton Honors app to check in and out and have a digital key was a great perk.

Overall great experience. I’m so glad I am a Hilton member. The digital key is a great feature which makes entering any door allowed very convenient. The complimentary breakfast is also a huge benefit with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, and you can tell. The room was lovely with all new furniture and television. It hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was yummy and there were lots of choices. The pool was under maintenance during our stay unfortunately.

Its a Hilton brand, that speaks for itself. What needs to be spoken for is the staff. You will not find a better, more helpful, day brightening staff anywhere in this city. Down to earth, friendly, compassionate, always willing to go the extra mile...I can go on all day about the people who were employed during my stay here. I cant even name them all, because literally, its the entire staff. The housekeepers actually clean, the maintenance crew actually works, the front desk people actually smile and speak. They remember your name, always have something encouraging and uplifting to say, and they work as a unit like a family. A real family. Awesome people, great vibes. It was already worth your money, now, its being remodeled. Its a win, win, and another win. I pray they are appreciated, because regardless of the name, staff can make or break a business. I'd literally stay wherever they worked. If the staff up and went to Redroof, Redroof would get my business. They just made that extreme of a difference. That's top notch service!

I was there through Shelters Inc. and I enjoyed staying there.The rooms have always been nice, I used to do Housekeeping there after my Senior year of Highschool and before I started College In the fall, I was honestly Disappointed that they didn't have the pool filled up and used it as a storage room instead but.tge overall experience was nice and comfy. Beware of the Elevators, they need to be SERIOUSLY SERVICED AND UPDATED CORRECTLY, BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. And as long as the Homeless Shelter, isn't controlling it anymore, imposing stupid rules that make no sense for grown adults, like cerfews at 9pm and no visitors in the rooms, and the renovations go well...I give it 5*****!!!

We just came from Red Roof Inn and it was the BEST decision ever made and wish we had made this decision sooner.
We have our three children along as well and it’s just absolutely amazing.
I feel safe, super comfortable, and I know my kids are safe and they love it.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean!
The lady is an absolute sweet heart! ❤
I will always recommend this place to everyone!!
