Nice and quiet mobile home park

This place has a bunch of trailers that are in serious need of being torn down. They are full of mold and insects. The owner offers them for free but even if you manage to fix one, if you break any rules in a year's time, you can be kicked out and no title or money back for any repairs done to the trailer. Sketchy at best and down right nasty

This place has to be one of Tom Leggos because it's in as bad shape of disrepair as the one on Baker Rd. Terrible!! Most trailers look like they should be condemned. I HATE the way this man takes advantage of poor people!! Too bad he owns most of Springfield and is a high priced. attorney, no government agency here would dare take him on. He breaks codes and laws like they don't even exist SMH
