In my quest to find crispy corn empanadas, I found this gem online! So glad I stopped by! The owners are so kind. The food was very good. The empanadas were EXACTLY what I was looking for!!!!! Nice quiet restaurant with music playing in the background. I’m definitely coming back. Oh and my Mojito was PERFECT!

Great service! From the chef to the restaurant owner, everyone made me feel great on my birthday. The chuleta valluna perfectly crispy.. Don't forget to try the empanadas! 100% recommended.

Felt like family once I walked in. Food was delicious as well as the drink, decor was fun, and service was great. Would definitely come again :-)

I can’t wait to come back to El Rincon Colombiano! The atmosphere is great, the food was fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. They also sang Happy Birthday to my husband, it was so fun! I have only great things to say. We will be back, and we can’t wait to bring our family!

Amazing food, very cool ambiance and great vibes with impeccable and attentive service. Best new place we tried in a long time. We went 2 Saturday nights in a row!!

This is an excellent place to dine in if you are in peekskill. The service and the food are superb. The menu items are exquisite. The waitresss was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. You must visit this fenomenal restaurant. Thank you so much for having us. I can give this place 1000000 stars.
