It will depend on the person what experience you will have. Some of the employees are newer and there seems to be a high turnover, but they're generally very helpful. Overall I really appreciate this store is still open - they closed a number of them on LI and it's a shame. It's an older store but they usually have the fabric that I want (I check online before I visit) and I appreciate being able to buy online and pick up at the store since I don't live close by.

The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable as well as engaging and pleasant.

I LOVE this place, every fabric under the sun, sales and coupons, good management, interesting decor stock and craft supplies. Best part- the staff. What a lovely bunch of people, friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to Sierra- who is patient, kind and knowledgeable. I feel loyalty for my Joann’s. Thank you.

Dealt with a wonderful staff member named Sierra who took the time to check inventory. I needed 3 of a Christmas item listed as in stock however wasn’t on the floor yet. Sierra made the effort to check and brought me exactly what I needed. Considering they seem understaffed and the item was not yet shelved, this young lady deserves to be commended!

It's not a big store but always seems to have what I need, and so close to home, that's great. Only issue I've ever had was I bought a magazine that I already had, there was no sign stating they're not returnable, so we had a bit of a discussion on that. My thought it wouldn't take a whole lot to have a sign somewhere or a cashier state that when ringing up the purchase.

Nice workers they try to help you as much as possible but didn't have what I was looking for my fault I didn't call first

This place is great they have plenty of good sales I love it when it's 50 to 70% off they have great stuff for July 4th right now independence day I believe it's 50 to 70% off so much cutesy stuff and people that work there are helpful however I think a large majority of the classes are a rip-off it's nothing you can't learn off of YouTube like it's $35 for them to teach you how to open up a seem that's crazy to me... But as far as their merchandise it's definitely good high-quality crafting items and every once in a while you get an awesome sale. And they almost always give you coupons for your next purchase like 20 to 30% off! I love coupons!

Clean, well organized store. Has everything a crafter could want. It's so much more than just fabric but it definitely has an amazing selection of fabrics. It's my go to store when starting a craft project. I can always find everything I need, and always a ton of stuff I didn't need lol. They have a beautiful selection of seasonal home decor too!

Excellent store! Has a huge variety of items and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and even some things I didn't know I needed (lol). Will absolutely be going back!

It's a good craft store but since this whole supply chain issue alot of the shelves were kinda empty . Overall they stock a ton of crafting products

Great place for all your fabric needs. Pick up some fabric and make your own masks for protection against the coronavirus. That way you will be protected and look good too.

Fewer of these general craft stores now, so support them! This brand has specialty items in cloth crafts(fabric, sewing, knitting, etc.), as well as general making wares, seasonal goods and supplies, paper, packaging, et al. Good prices, knowledgeable staff...a nice shop!

This store has everything. It is very organized, more than any other Joannes I have been to.

The location in Babylon is very clean and organized. It's always stocked in time for pattern sales. I have one closer to where I live but will take the extra drive because I like this one better.

It’s a great store ! They take competitors coupons. The staff are sweet and helpful. I especially appreciate the bright lighting within the store.

Very neat and clean but one major problem.. The store is super super quiet. I did mention to them about having soft music...oh well.

First time in one. Knew what I needed, went in came out with my supplies. Very easy to navigate the store and found more then i thought.
