SSS was great to work with. I was purchasing a car sight unseen, long distance. With financing and out of state plates. It was handled professionally, swiftly and without a single problem. Communication was superb. On pick up day I was close to 2 hours past closing and Brandon waited at the dealership! I recommend them to everyone and would definitely buy from them again

Our experience at South Shore Subaru was excellent all around, thanks to Jimmy Galgano. Jimmy is super helpful and a pleasure to work with, not at all pushy or annoying in that overly salesperson kind of way. He answered all of our questions, shared his vast Subaru knowledge, and did it all with a smile, kindness, and sense of humor. When we decided to move forward with our purchase, he made the whole process an absolute breeze. From taking care of insurance and registration, to putting the plates on and having it ready for us, the entire process was incredibly well handled. I love my new Crosstrek!!!! This was my first time financing a car and my experience was phenomenal, thanks to Matthew Schaeffer! He made the process super easy and efficient. Was extremely helpful and very responsive. He had answers to all my questions and kept tabs when I had concerns. If you are looking for a transparent and friendly guy I would definitely recommend Matthew as your sales guy.

Brandon did an amazing and thorough job with helping me select a brand new car that will best fit what i wanted. This was my first time leasing a new car and Brandon made the process extremely easy. He took the time to listen to what I needed after inquiring on their site and got me exactly where I wanted to be, then walked me through every step of the process to complete the transaction. I would highly recommend working with Brandon for anyone looking to buy/lease a Subaru, he works hard to ensure the whole experience goes as smooth as possible even following up to see if I had any questions about the car after driving it for a couple days.

I have to say, I was on a hard situation which I didn't think with all two options available it was going to happen. However between the teamwork of Vikram & Destiny and the dealer management. I have to say from the time I walked in Destiny made sure she understood my situation and looked for the best options, Vikram my sales rep was excellent, very knowledgeable and kept in touch until deal was done, I see a lot of sales reps in other dealers that care for sales, these guys definitely care for you as person and of course sales but you can tell the difference of treatment here. My family will be coming to this dealer for all future vehicles, car is great, I went with the sport because of $ convenience but I test drove the Touring and I have to say regardless of the trim, Subaru is great, first Subaru ever own I hope to keep with it. The only downside of this trim is there is trunk button, but otherwise great car! Thank you Destiny, Vikram & everyone else that were involved. #Subarufamily

Over the years we've had about 15 cars, starting with a Volkswagen bug back in the 60's and our first Subaru in the 90's.
Now in our Senior years we decided to buy the car we truly loved and that's a Subaru Outback, as it was the safest and most comfortable.
Thanks to Brandon, who made this purchase so easy and actually enjoyable. His patience, and time he spent with us, sitting in our new Outback going over all the details of our Subaru were so greatly appreciated.
I should mention we leased our Outback, but loved it so much, bought it at lease end.

My experience with both Mike and Destiny was Amazing. I went into the dealership to check out a used Ascent I had seen online. I wasn’t sure what to expect and worked with Vikram Bedi who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. We spent over 3 hours looking at cars and comparing models. Anytime I threw him a question he didn’t have the answer to he immediately searched one out. The experience was stress free and professional plus the car and package was a great deal. We even had a few laughs before our test drive when I challenged him that the trunk wasn’t spacious.He voluntarily climbed in as a joke to show me how big it really was. I put down a deposit shortly after. I’m very happy with the purchase. We came back a few days later to pick up the car which did take longer than I had hoped and we ended up returning an extended warranty option which was difficult to cancel, however all in all I’m very pleased.
