If I could give the west Babylon store 10 stars I would. Their manager Stephanie is wonderful. So kind and extremely helpful. I totally recommend!

They’re supposed to open Friday 12/8, per the fire marshall’s approval. Fingers crossed until then. I’ll update my review when they finally open.

Edit: They're open! As for a proper review: it's a Burlington. Hot mess express but sometimes you strike gold- Just as you'd probably expect.

Low on stock

I didn’t realize Burlington had opened!!!!! I was on my way to 5 below when I seen the huge now opened sign!! I ran in instantly and was bombarded with huge disappointment! The store looked like a tornado hit it! Stuff was everywhere
, out of place!!! It looked like it was opened for years. Very messy very unorganized! Not a lot of stuff on shelves! Reminded me of the commack one! That’s why I give it the 3 stars BUT I found AMAZING STUFF!!!! And would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to go!!! The prices were unbelievable! I got sooooooo much great stuff for Christmas!! FOR phenomenal prices!! I just kept grabbing stuff didn’t even grab a cart because I just went in to look and left with stuff over flowing in my arms!! Can’t wait to go back to get more great deals!! Even told my friend that she had to go and how much stuff I got!!!!!!!! So excited!! JUST WISH it was organized and nice and neat . An employee said they just opened Friday. Was in disbelief! Lol

Brand new store....a mess. Appearance old and rundown

I’d wish to rate Burlington West Babylon (They just opened up there) 2 stars, I’d like to confess a few reasons as to why I chose 2 stars. First, I was only standing steadily on the side of my cart for only 3-4 seconds, IN A SAFE WAY, unexpectedly, the staff came to me telling me to refrain from doing so, in a way that Offended me, even though the staff said “please”, they came at me with a strict, and non-amusing attitude. I’d wish Burlington would AT LEAST have a warning stated on the cart telling others to refrain from standing on the cart, for future reference to other shoppers, I would’ve read a warning if there was a warning stating not to stand on carts, have travelled from another state were a live, to NY for holiday shopping, and I wasn’t happy about this incident, and ruined my day basically. Second, the shelves were pretty disorganized, and random, off topic items were all over the place on the shelves, there were also carts all over the place in parking spots near were i parked. I’d have high hopes Burlington West Babylon would improve in the future, and have staff with an attitude that makes customers day, as I had expectancy’s that this place would fit right with me, until experiencing this, and walking out being ashamed about it.

Although I’m happy a Burlington opened up that’s much closer to me (finally), so far I’ve been less than impressed with the store. It’s a fairly decent sized store, but everything just seems so bunched up making it difficult to look through items. Not to mention, the store is a pigsty. Clothes and items all over the place and on the floor. The store really needs to clean and organize everything way better. I’ve been here a few times already and I’ll most likely come back since it’s 5 minutes away from me, but so far it’s been disappointing.
