AT&T Store

I got two new phones from this store , they’re both very helpful!
They set up both the phone with no extra fees, I had a Verizon account and I remember paying $25 when I got an upgrade just to transfer everything !
Overall Great customer service 👍.

Had a terrible experience with the representative at Target and came to the West Babylon store and had a wonderful experience with Julio! He was kind and professional and knowledgeable and patient. He fixed everything for us! This guy deserves a raise!

The rep Mrs Raafeah Rahman was very professional, organized and calmly explained me all my options. Definitely would come back to the store and had an amazing experience!

The sales associates were professional and knowledgeable. They helped me with getting new phones and made it an easy transaction.

I went in with a black screen and met a wonderful, friendly and knowledgable employee named Sierra. Not only was she knowledgable but kind and very patient. She made all of the phone calls to AT&T and made sure I was set up before I left. They are lucky to have such a great person on their team!!

Every time I had a problem, Always went above and beyond to help me out. Just recently At&t messed up my bill and I went in and was on the phone with customer service. The sales associate himself talked to the customer service representative. Explaining what was different on my bill and we got our money refunded to us. Huge respect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brooke was the best! I had issues with my phone stating my mailbox was full when it wasn’t. I figured I needed a new phone because I had an old one. She set up my new phone but still had the same issue. She helped me fix it as well as recover forgotten passwords. She made the whole process easy and painless!

Salesman Matt was very professional and informative. He made transition from my previous carrier a good and easy experience. Definitely the store to go to if you need questions answered. Thanks Matt!

Recommend buying phones in this store. The salesman AJ helped us with everything and really made the experience good. He was very knowledgeable and took care of everything. If your AJs boss and your reading this you should give him a raise.

Staff was helpful every step of the way. From getting me a new phone to helping me trade in my old one. Then when the SIM card was bad in the brand new phone they helped me replace the bad one. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff

Went to west babylon store to get a SIM card that was deactivated Kimberley handled the problem and changed the sim and showed me how to navigate through the app which is going to make my life easier.

Sierra was really nice and she helped me lower my bill and enroll me on to FirstNet!

I visited this store and was helped by Brooke. Brooke was very patient and sweet! I am not tech savvy and she explained what I needed to know. My experience was a positive one. I will definitely be back to this location for my future needs.
