This 711 is always clean and smells clean when you enter. They have a nice selection and an overall array of good, healthy, and not so healthy snacks. I wish the one in Mt hometown was as nice as this one!

Very Good coffee and service

We had just left after making a cup of tea reluctantly on a filthy counter crawling with ants. When I brought to the clerk's attention he just grunted and put his face in his phone. I said to him "we notnot you of filth and ants and all you do is play with your phone?" He barked at me and with much hostility and said it's not my area." IIsaid at my jobjwe alk chip in and he saud not here. Wr exchanged a few more unpleasantries and left. He was extremely confrintational. We were the only two customers in the store so there was absolutely no excuse for his laziness or attitude. Upon exiting the employee who was "responsible" for the coffee area was on a smoke break." If not for the convenience of being in our neighborhood we would have left without making a purchas and never returned. Disgusting!!!

The Franchise Vanilla Cappuccino machine has been out of service the last three times I visited this store. The help tell us “ yes we know”. How do you run a store like this?

Went in to buy a pack of juul pods, opened the pack and they were all empty with the caps off. When I went back in and showed him he completely denied selling me the pack. Been going here for a while so it's a shame how much the customer service and quality of that service has dropped. Find a better convenience store if you can

So this morning I was in making my and my coworker's coffee, and a guy next to me was making his. He tasted his coffee and the cashier started yelling at him from the behind the register "why are you tasting your coffee?!" The poor guy was shocked and confused. He ended up not buying his coffee and I abandoned mine. I find it very unprofessional to scream at a customer for tasting their cup as they make it. It's not like the guy drank a whole cup worth and made another. He took a sip. I don't need to be hearing yelling and accusations this early in the morning.
Forgot to add, while the customer was asking what the issue is and such, the cashier said he was calling the police. ... over maybe 10 cents worth of coffee.

I will get right to the point their employees are straight up racist! They watch your every move assuming you will steal! Then when confronted they yelled and screamed like animals!! 711 should be ashamed that they hire people who act like that!! Its absolutely disgusting!! They have no excuse

Check your receipts. They hang signs with offers then refuse to honor them. Dishonest.

SOUR MILK 10 days before due date. VERY UNHELPFUL with her winny high pitched voice!!!

Bought milk at this location twice. Both times milk was rotten upon opening the same day. Expiration date a month away. Gross.

This 711 thinks they are slick. Watch youre prices on thing you guys buy there.

This 7-11 doesn't honor the $1 coffee....skip this one there are plenty more that do....
