I was helped by Madelyn Roldan in leasing a 2024 Honda Civic and she was a pleasure to work with! She did an amazing job at making sure I was happy and comfortable while I was there. They also helped me get my car registered and insured in Florida since I am moving there and it definitely helped make my moving process so much easier ! If you ever want some of the best customer service I definitely recommend this dealership but especially Madelyn!

I recently bought a 2023 Accord Hybrid from Babylon Honda. The purchase, delivery and service were flawless as usual.

We had an outstanding experience at Babylon Honda. Howie our salesperson was patient and kind with us. The car that we wanted was not in their inventory but a deal was made. Phil the inventory manager kept in close contact with us while he was searching for the vehicle. Once one was located he gave us the VIN so we could look into car insurance. It didn’t take long for the car to arrive at the dealership but once it did the process was quick and painless. Our deal was still honored even though weeks went by before the car arrived. Howie was with us every step of the way! We had a feeling of security and trust, which is not in my vocabulary when talking about a car salesman. This dealership is a must to visit when thinking about buying a Honda! Which by the way, my daughter absolutely loves her new civic hatchback exl! I first worked with Jules in 2021 to lease my CRV and had a great experience with him so when it came time to look at options for the end of my lease working with him again was a no brainer. There was no pushy sales tactics and him and Phil who helped on the finance side were completely transparent which made the experience worth it. If I ever need another car or know anyone that wants a Honda I’d definitely send them to Jules and Phil.

I was very delighted with the service I received from Angel. He was able to quickly give me a clear picture of what needed to be done on my vehicle and a good estimate on completion, as well as give me an option to be driven home and pickup at home when the work was completed. Also enjoyed his comedic humor and the good and positive conversation we had together.

This was such a stress-free dealer experience! My lease was up and I pretty much knew what I wanted but still expected to be put through the typical sales routine however I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I worked with Tim Francis who is a gem - listens to what you need, no pressure and so very respectful which means a lot. I'd recommend him to anyone without hesitation. We agreed on a deal and I figured the intensity would come with the finance person but again was stunned at how easy it was. Jose was also wonderful, low key and no pressure.

I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I'm at a very difficult time in my life where nothing seems to be going right for me and the staff at The New Babylon Honda worked tirelessly to make it happen for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I drove out of there with everything I wanted. While there for hours, every member of the staff treated me like family and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable, easing my severe anxiety. Also, they gave me top dollar for my trade. Such a pleasure working with the team at babylon honda, especially Tim the salesperson. He was very polite and easy going and one of the nicest people you can ever meet. Usually car salesman are hard to deal with but this was the opposite. Working with Tim did not feel frustrating at all and he really went out of his way to get me in my new cr v hybrid. I recommend anyone who is looking for a laid back experience and no pushiness to see him!

I purchased my car in 2016 and have been using Babylon service every time I needed service. Service reps have been very helpful. Service center is clean and comfortable. Service in car has been great.

I remain very pleased with the service department at The New Babylon Honda. Melanie was professional and personable. I went in for an inspection but knew I needed to address some maintenance issues. Melanie priced out the services my car needed and willingly agreed to wait til the inspection was done before we made final plans. Ultimately, I settled on two needed services. All work was done in good time. There was no hard sell on anything.

The staff here truly cares about the customer. They found us the car we wanted with every feature and more for less! Do not waste your time at other dealerships. Jesus Ramirez and Tim Francis got it done fast and right. Tim walked me through every last feature of a fully loaded high tech hybrid. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

No fooling around, no time was wasted, straight to business. I was so happy to take home my civic Si.
