Very happy with their work. They are upfront about timing. I was happy to get my car back only a day after the initial promised date. With other shops, it's been weeks later. Also still waiting on a part, but appreciate them letting me use my car until the part comes in.

Matt and team are great! After getting hit, my car basically needed a whole new passenger side door. They worked with my insurance to get the claim right, helped coordinate drop off and pickup around my schedule, and were just overall helpful.
When the car was ready, it was better than new! They had it detailed for me and everything.

NWC fixed crushed front bumper and other minor "injuries" on my car. It came out perfect and they made the car look brand new. They also detailed the inside which was such a nice surprise. Even had the rental car onsite ready for me to get into when I dropped my car off. And Mai is amazing at details and customer service!
