CrossFit Final Duel is my happy place! I started coming here five years ago and from Day 1 I felt welcomed, supported and challenged. Donna and Eric have built a beautiful and clean gym but most importantly they’ve built an amazing community. If you’re looking for a good workout, great coaches and an awesome community, come to CFFD!! You won’t regret it!

One of the best and scariest decisions I made. However, I’m so happy I did!! I have found a group of people who are supportive, encouraging, and kind. CrossFit Final Duel helped me to be a “better me.” I’m healthier, happier, and have more energy to keep up with my kids. Donna and many of the other coaches take the time to provide support and guidance to ensure you are safe with all the movements. For anyone who’s scared or nervous to try CrossFit don’t be, come join the CFFD family and they will welcome you in!! It truly is for anyone!!! 💪🏼 😃

While there are many gyms available, Crossfit Final Duel stands out distinctly. The quality of the workouts is exceptional, ideal for both attaining and maintaining fitness. What truly sets this gym apart, however, is the community. The owner and coaches are dedicated and supportive, and the members are genuinely great people. It's a place where you see familiar faces every day, form friendships, and collectively strive for improvement. This sense of community is what keeps me returning daily. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a gym.

I've been part of Final Duel CrossFit for a year now, and it has been an incredible journey. The entire team is not only skilled but also incredibly supportive. The sense of unity creates a positive and motivating environment. Everyone at CrossFit Final Duel is welcoming and supportive. The workouts are challenging but the coaches are flexible to meet the needs of the individuals in class so that members of all abilities are able perform at their best. Highly recommend joining the community whatever you fitness level or goals may be.

Simply put, CrossFit Final Duel is the best gym experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime. Donna and Eric are not only the best owners imaginable but they lead by example, always support and encourage and never judge their members, no matter where one finds themselves in the fitness journey. I was struggling mightily when I joined over a year ago and CFFD changed my life and continues to do so. Do yourself a favor and join CFFD. You’ll never regret it or the community you become apart of everyday.

I have never felt more comfortable at a gym! Donna and the coaches are warm and welcoming, and best of all no one is there to judge one another. I felt supported with what a could do, and was offered help or scaling option when I couldn’t complete all the movements. Everyone in the class is met where they are in their fitness journey and are cheered along the entire way. I truly have fun working out!

I have so many good things to say about CrossFit Final Duel! It’s more than just a gym it’s a place to go where you can go to feel welcome and apart of a team. All the members look out for each other and push each other for the better. Donna shows she cares it’s not just a job to her. She explains all the movements thoroughly and in a professional manner! 5+ stars !

Donna, Eric and the coaching staff provide a terrific training environment. Being in the “older” age group, the coaches are great in keeping me motivated on improving technique and strength while at the same time recognizing the challenge. Everyday, I learn something new at Crossfit Final Duel and appreciate the opportunity that Donna provides to improve my fitness; since joining and have lost 25lbs. Crossfit Final Duel has a great family atmosphere and if you have ever consider giving Crossfit Final Duel a try you will be welcome. Also my sons are also a part of Crossfit Final Duel and attend during their off-sport season to train.

CFFD is a great place! The community that Donna has provided is incredible! We all support one another, and welcome new faces with a smile and encouraging words. When having a good day, this is the place to go. When having a bad day, this is the place to go. You will not want to leave after you join the community.

Joining CFFD 6 years ago was one of the best decision I have made. I love starting my day there. Donna and the coaches are all so supportive and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a gym CFFD is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Joining CrossFit Final Duel was one of the best decisions I've made. There are many CrossFit gyms around me but this gym was recommended by many. I was anxious to go because I had fallen off the gym bandwagon and was OUT of shape after having my kids. Everyone from the coaches to other members made me feel welcomed and the nerves quickly went away. Everyone has pushed me to become stronger. I have accomplished many things that I thought I could never. Getting up at 4:45am every morning to get to the 5:30am class is TOUGH but I look forward to going. Donna is absolutely amazing and probably one of the most caring coaches I have met. She always has a smile on her face and is positive. Her smile and positive attitude is contagious. She can even get some of us to dance at 5:30am :) I can't thank Donna and the rest of the coaches enough for all the support and motivation to get stronger.

Donna, head coach and owner, is one of the most gentle, supportive and hilarious people who's destiny in this life was to be an athlete and coach. The community is one of support, hard work and a lot of laughs. I joined years ago and no other gym/box compares to the coaching and friendships at CFFD.

I joined Crossfit Final Duel seven years ago - and still cannot get enough of the workouts, the members and the friends i have made <3 I literally love everything about Crossfit Final Duel. It truly feels like "home" to me. I can't thank Donna enough for creating such an inviting place to get a good workout in where I feel so comfortable and supported.

I started going to CF Final Duel in April 2021 and now make it a part of my daily/weekly routine. I have always exercised since my late teens, but finding time to workout, push and challenge yourself when you are 20-25 years old isn’t very difficult in my opinion. Being 42 presently with 2 kids at home (11 & 9), juggling life and kids sports, staying healthy and active becomes much more of a daily challenge.

I typically go to the 5:30AM class on weekdays because that allows me to get the workout in, and make it home in time to get my kids ready for school. The hour workout is plenty and I’m honestly in the best shape I have been in since college because I have been able to work it into my daily routine and don’t need to be at the gym for 2 hours. Some workouts are 8 minutes and that alone is plenty.

Awesome owners, awesome people, great support system with everyone encouraging each other. The workouts are also set up in a way that you have to hold yourself accountable which we all need certain days.

Don’t let the movements prevent you from trying it. I couldn’t do half of them when I started either but you figure it out over time, and there are good coaches along the way to support you and learning them. Give it a shot, you don’t know unless you try.

As a busy mom of four boys I LOVE to start my mornings here at CFFD. Amazing gym, amazing workouts. The coaches here are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified. There is something for everyone no matter what your abilities are. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible. You will not leave disappointed- only stronger! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the door. I highly recommend checking out CFFD!! :)

I'm a 58 year old Dad of 5. I walked in the door of CrossFit Final Duel in March of 2022. I joined immediately and started going twice a week. After a few weeks I decided to go 3 times a week. After a couple of months someone (Kara) suggested I was ready to go 5 days a week. She was right. I've been working out there 5 days a week for more than a year now. Donna and her coaches are all on the same page. Supportive, positive and always watching so that you do it right and don't get hurt. I'm stronger than I've been in a long time and still getting stronger. We have so much fun and the banter is endless. ANYONE can do this. All you have to do is show up. Thank you Donna. You've changed my life!

Being a member of CFFD has changed my life. Donna Lombard and all of her coaches truly care about all of the members’ well being. I’m always greeted with a smile and given encouraging words even when I’m struggling. I never considered myself an athlete until I started CrossFit. I’ve accomplished things I never thought I could.. My body composition has completely changed and I have so much more confidence in my physical abilities. If you are considering trying CF, give CFFD a try. You won’t regret it!

I live closer to other CrossFit gyms, but go to CrossFit Final Duel because the owners, coaches and other members are so welcoming and supportive. The people at Final Duel make you feel like you are apart of a community.

Started here as an experienced crossfitter when they first opened. Great coaching and community. I was definitely hesitant to leave my existing box, but moving to CFFD has been one of the best decisions of my CrossFitting career
