Thanks Sewer Heroes 🙂!!!! Five stars is not enough. This family owned company should be given at least eight stars. I can only say this company from start to finish delivers outstanding, professional, and efficient work in a timely manner. Their staff takes time to explain the process every step of the way, and they also take time to answer any questions and/or concerns you may have regarding your sewage line and the required repair, replacement, or installation. If money may be an issue, this company does offer financing as an option. Again I want to give a huge Thank You beginning with Katelyn, Michael, and Dennis who calmed my anxiety when they assessed my sewage line to Anthony and his crew who did the hard work to repair and reconnect my sewage line to the main sewage line in the street.

When my sewer line backed up into my basement, I called Sewer Heroes. They came, showed me the collapsed pipe in the middle of my front yard on their camera, dug out and replaced the collapsed portion (right after a snow storm) and then shot a new line from the basement all the way to the town sewer (50'). Plumbing is perfect now thanks to Sewer Heroes. Highly recommend.

Big thank you to Mike and his crew for fixing a problem we had with 70 feet of sewer line. They gave us an honest assessment of the problem, showed and explained to me everything they saw with the camera and gave us options in regards to making the repair. It was done quickly, professionally and they were also the best price of 4 other companies we had look at the problem. It’s been about a month now and everything is working great! Use this company and get a pipe lining if you don’t want your eroded pipes to back up into your house!!

Delighted with the services performed by Mike and his team. It's hard to meet an honest professional these days, but Mike was excellent throughout our repair. He came out and quickly diagnosed a dislodge in our septic line, showing me the issue on his camera equipment.

He arrived with his crew a few days later to conduct the repair. He even repaired a mess left by a previous contractor and removed a severed drain snake line that was dangerously left sitting in the septic line. While installing the new PVC pipe and refilling the concrete, Mike also installed a cap outside to allow for easier access to the septic line in future.

His prices are extremely reasonable.

5 stars for this family business! Had a sewer line failure at 7pm at night (old cast iron sewer Line), got a live person right away, Mike came over within a hour to assess the repairs, the crew of experienced technicians arrived next morning and repairs completed by 10:30am.
They were prompt, professional, courteous and in my opinion worth every penny!
First time customer but will definitely use them again if necessary.

Great experience with Sewer Heroes. Problem was diagnosed clearly by Branden on Day 1 and explained thoroughly. Scheduling was done for the following day. Anthony and team were timely, polite, and answered all of our questions in detail to make sure we understood exactly what was going on. They made an intimidating project for new homeowners informational and stress-free. Sewer lining has a 50 year warranty that we can feel comfortable with.

Super thumbs up and thank you to Brandon an his partner. They did an excellent job here. They diagnosed the problem right away and explained to me in simple terms what the remedy would be. They had to come back to get the job done, but were open and available and were able to return working with the convenience and schedule of myself and my son. cut out the part of my pipe where the issue was and replace it. They were done in a few hours and left the completed work area clean and removed all of the debris. I would highly recommend using this company, especially Brandon and his partner. From the woman who answered the phone, to Dennis who came and evaluated and then clearly explained what needed to be done to the liner being installed by Anthony, Mike and Kiki, we were impressed with this company and their employees. They are so knowledgeable and quite honest with their estimate. No hidden costs This is a well run and good company.

Many years ago, we had a complex drain system installed running the perimeter outside our house by a contractor. Our downspouts and two sump pumps connected to it - ultimately running to a dry well. Long story short, the system became overwhelmed in a recent storm. No one was really interested in diagnosing the problem and then, resolving it. Rather, one company would only look at the sumps, another at the pipes - but no one was willing to actually diagnose, excavate and fix the problems - until Sewer Heroes. Cannot say enough good things about the crew that helped resolve our mess. Highly recommend!! They were professional, discussed options, and cleaned up after themselves.

I had our sewer line repaired after a break in the line was discovered that caused a back up in my house.
Sewer Heroes came and repaired it in the most professional, courteous, cost effective and minimally evasive way it could be done. They even replanted the shrubs that they had to remove to get at the area needing repair outside. It looked as though nothing had been touched when they left.
Their techs were excellent at finding the issues at hand and getting us back on line in the best way possible.
I can’t say enough about the way that Doug, Mike, Katelin and their guys took care of us in this situation.
I would recommend anyone and everyone to use this company for any services needed. You will not be sorry.

Placed a call indicating I had problems with my pipes. Booked an appointment and along came Brandon. Not only did he tell us what the problem was, he gave us several options to correct problem. He came with Henry the following week and they went straight to work. This was a no-nonsense team. They knew exactly what had to be done and they got it done. They’re truly dedicated to the craft. I highly recommend this company!!

Brandon Lopez was the technician who came to my home to unclog an outside storm drain. He was on time, responsive, professional and explained the work and issue thoroughly. Their price is much cheaper than other plumbers. I am very pleased with Brandon and wish I had known and hired Sewer Heroes long before.

Sewer Heroes are beyond life saving. My family (my 2 little kids, wife, and I) were stuck with a bad hole in our old cast iron main sewer line. We could not shower, flush the toilet, or use the sink without getting water all over our basement. This sewer line was buried in concrete foundation wall. We were so close to staying at a hotel but Sewer Heroes came to our rescue, led by Mike and Anthony. They pipelined our old cast iron main sewer line at the end of the day, after hours, because they didn't want my family and I to wait out this emergency. I owe them a huge debt of gratitude, and I am forever thankful to them.

We cannot say enough great things about Sewer Heroes. I would goes as far as changing their name to Super Sewer Heroes. Before contacting them we had several other companies come out and not one of them offered a solution or had any ideas as to how they repair could be done. There was an obstruction in the line which Sewer Heroes had the equipment to go into the line and cut it out. After removing the obstruction they lined the sewer as well. Not only did they take care of the problem, but each and everyone person who we spoke to from the company was more than pleasant and helpful. We can't thank Mike and everyone at his company enough. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed. How did I find them? waking up one night and googling repairs. Their website said there is nothing they can't handle. We can attest to that.

Found Sewer Heroes on line and saw they had good reviews so gave them a call. My problem was a clogged kitchen sink drain that runs underneath the concrete floor to the main sewer line. Had another drain guy come in and they were unable to free the clog - called Sewer Heroes. The day after my call, Brandon showed up and his knowledge and demeanor immediately put us at ease. After his thorough inspection, it turned out the kitchen drain wasn't the only problem, the main sewer line was almost collapsed and needed repair too. He was able to explain what was necessary and ran the camera through the line to show me what he was talking about and we scheduled the job. Brandon and the crew - Alex, Austin, Doug and Pete - showed up on time, as scheduled - not only Sewer Heroes, but also great guys. The day they were going to shoot the liner on the main sewer line, Mike (the owner - I didn't know to be impressed or worried that he showed up) was on site too. His expertise and team spirit turned what I expected to be a disaster into a huge money saving win - my main sewer line and kitchen drain are good as new and will be for another 100+ years!! All said, I would recommend Sewer Heroes to anyone/everyone, especially if it's a complex job - you won't regret it. And if any of these guys show up, get to know them a bit, you'll have a whole new appreciation for your sewer system, and you will have gotten to know some class guys in the process. Btw, a week after the job was done, Brandon called to be sure everything was OK - I can't say enough about these guys and this company - great job and well done, thanks so much!!

Dennis and his crew were amazing. Such a stressful home repair I had and they all put me at ease and assured me they were going to solve my issue. They had it done within 24 hours. Outstanding company!

Late on a Thursday, I called Sewer Heroes to see if someone could come out and help us with what I thought was just a clogged toilet. I was shocked when I was told someone would be out within the hour. About a half hour later, Austin called to give me an ETA. He explained what he was doing to diagnose the issue and broke the news gently that our sewer line was corroding and would need to be repaired. He gave prices and that he and his team could be there the next day to repair the problem. The next day, Austin, Doug and the liner team showed up when they said they would. All were so friendly, polite and professional! They got right to work and kept everything clean. They were efficient and let us know what was going on every step of the way. Once they were finished, they cleaned up and it looked like they were never there. While I wish to never see them again because that would mean we had another issue, I would call them back in a heart beat. They were fantastic and I'd recommend Sewer Heroes to anyone who needed plumbing/sewer repairs.
