Was taken into the exam room right on time. I was asked to remove my clothing and wait for the doctor. As soon as I finished and sat on the edge of the table he was knocking on the door. The exam was cordial, quick and thorough. All in all a good experience.

I got to the office about 15 minutes before my appointment and was called in right away . After the assistant checked and updated my information I only had to wait for a few minutes to see the doctor . He was very through and told me what he was doing and asked if I had any concerns . Only my second visit with Dr Strasser as my previous Dr left the practice . I am very happy with him .

Been attending the Haverhill Office for years. Have never had a bad experience. The receptionist are very friendly and professional

Dawn and her staff worked with two of my three children for their acne issues. After several treatments they both saw excellent results. She is very nice, positive, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Dr Dawn Baird was very knowledgeable and reassuring during my yearly skin check appointment. She also made a follow up uncomfortable procedure a lot more bearable with her reassuring demeanor. Im not so hesitant to have a couple more “issues” resolved with her in the near future. 👍🏻

Dawn Baird and Northeast Dermatology Associates, Hopkinton are excellent. I have struggled with acne my whole life, but not anymore. Dawn has completely changed my life and how I see myself. My skin is clear and I am happier and more confident. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind and staff are also very friendly and competent. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about treating their acne - I just wish I had gone sooner!

I've only been here once so far, but Dawn Baird has helped me with my skin more than any other dermatologist has so far, and I've been to many. She didn't immediately suggest pills which I highly appreciate. The receptionist was nice as well. She seemed to have a lot to do but multitasked her way through everything. The office was clean and professional. Social distancing procedures were in place. I'll be returning. Consider NEDA if you're looking for efficient and friendly care.

I've been going to the dermatologist since I was a kid, and this is by far the best place I've ever been to!! Dawn Baird is the best dermatologist I've ever seen. She is super efficient and quick, while still being completely thorough. She listens to your concerns, has AMAZING bed side manner, and really establishes a relationship with you. If you're looking for a new dermatologist, I 10/10 recommend this place!!

Dr. Boulavsky was the best! She was incredibly kind and you could tell she genuinely cared. The reception staff is always great too! Would have never left had I not moved out of state.
