One of the managers, Miranda was fantastic. I have never received so much personal attention, luckily for me it was early and they were not busy yet. I explained to her the party that I was trying to plan and she directed me to and helped me pick out the perfect decorations. I almost invited her to my party!! Miranda was great, thanks again!!

I came to the White plains location because the Yonkers location cancelled my order. A staff member named June really saved the day. She was patient and helpful. Glad to see the younger generation with manners towards the elderly. She also had a young man help me to my car.

Closes one to me, organize, easy to place orders, can get busy but you will find what you need

I am in love with their Valentines Day selections! We decided to keep our Christmas tree up and re-docorated for Valentines. We found everything we were looking for and more. The store was clean, the ladies at the register and employees walking the floors were all friendly and greeted each customer. Keep the good work up!

This Party City store is very very nice compared to the one where I live. Their shelves were stocked full and the cashier was able to direct me very easily to the item I was looking for. Next time I need to go to Party City I will come to this one in White Plains rather than the Port Chester location.

It was good. I bought some balloons for my mother's birthday...she loves balloons. They always have a huge selection.

The staff are incredible. They do nothing but hard work and especially throughout this pandemic. All the way from the managers to the staff, they have been nothing but helpful. There’s one person I would like to appreciate in particular, his name is Steven, he explained how difficult it has been throughout the pandemic and also mentioned how he’s been working there for 3 years now and truly cares about the store and coworkers. Not only was Steven very helpful with my shopping experience but he also explained a lot of different options on how to save money which is very great when you are approaching a customer. His multi tasking skills were on point!! The way he did balloons and also have time to help customers was nothing but the best. The GM Bristol was also a very helpful and respectful man ! The way he greets every single customer as they walk in makes customers feel at home. For a bunch of high school staffed members the team was very excellent and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend you shop here! One very key point i would like to say is that some customers have to be patient and respectful to these workers. They put their health and families health at risk blowing and interacting with customers. Most of these employees are kids who are trying to make a couple of bucks having to do whatever they are told to do. They do not sign up to be yelled at so please take some time to show the respect they need!!

My kids and I really love going to this Party City. The staff is super friendly. We had one nice gentleman help my daughter find her 'perfect costume', my kids also love the 10 candies for a dollar. The cashiers are also very friendly and helpful with anything you need. So sad to see so many businesses empty in this strip mall....another good reason to go to this party city !!

The only reason you got a 5 star is because of Mario he was polite friendly jump behind the register to get the line down. Like every time i go to this location there's a wait and the employees are walking around doing nothing and than have a nerve to have attitude. Mario made all my worse experiences better tonight he made me leave the store with a smile on my face and i never leave this location happy. He deserves a raise and management position if he ain't one yet. Great customer service Mario 😁😁

Soooooo patient and accommodating with the same day delivery service during pandemic. They make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order and if any issues, they are addressed promptly. Will definitely go use this location before any other party city.

Usually I'm in and out of this place but today I picked up balloons and lost half of them at my car. Went back inside to repurchase. Employee inquiried why I returned and replaced my balloons free of charge. Wonderfully kind and unexpected!! Thank you!!

The Party City located in Greenburgh NY. Needed more help. It's very busy. Coren was very helpful and understanding. However, the Male manager is very disrespectful. I was in the store and asked to speak to a manager and he yelled at the young lady who went to get him in my behalf. That was so unfortunate and disturbing at the same time. Not to mention uncalled for. I felt terrible for asking her to get him but I was already in the store over 1 hour. Clearly,that manager does care about his customers experience.

Salesperson named Abigal or Agatha was so helpful and helped me play balloon centerpieces for my husbands birthday. It is rare to find someone who helps customers as much as she did
