Jonathan was extremely helpful and patient with helping me on the Kodak kiosk with many pictures I had to upload. His customer service was outstanding. It was early in the morning and he greeted me with vibrant energy and a smile through all my specific requests thank you again Jonathan ! Amado was pleasant as well. He was efficient and professional . Thank you Amado!

The 2 ladies that helped me at the pharmacy tonight are my heros! I wish I got their names because they deserve the recognition! I had a time sensitive medication filled at another cvs which ended up being closed for an emergency. I located the only other pharmacy in the area(knollwood rd) who had my meds and the ladies were able to transfer the script and fill it in less than 20min! Thank you for resolving my stressful situation with ease!

My 92 year old mother was without 2 very important medications over the holiday weekend. She was not feeling well which was worrisome to me, her daughter living in another state. A call to CVS pharmacy in my mother's neighborhood, was an answer to prayer
Zack checked and found her correct medications, filled enough to hold her over until her mail order arrived and he called mom to verify. He went beyond being a pharmacist, he became a saviour. I am thankful to him beyond measure. Thank you Zack and may God bless you.

I’ve lived in the area almost 30yrs and will avoid coming to this CVS. I purchased some hair products and I guess one of the products was on sale. I forgot my reward coupons and the store policy is you have 7 business days to bring the receipt with coupons to make the adjustment. I went to another CVS to do the adjustment, but they didn’t have 1 of the hair products and would not honor the item that was on sale price and the cashier already made the return. I go back to this location to rebuy the products with my rewards coupons and only 1 item is available. I talk to the manager that night and explained what happened. I asked if she could see if they had the product. She said she couldn’t look because of a crate. Then she asked me why the other CVS store wouldn’t honor the price and I don’t know why they wouldn’t. She then thought I got my rewards coupons from the hair products purchased and assumed I was trying to adjust that receipt and said if u already returned the items the coupon won’t work! It was HELL!! I was being drilled about how I wanted to buy these items. I just want my hair products. Very unhelpful, uncomfortable situation as a new employee who just started was there. I already walked into the store with over hearing her with another customer with a problem with the store. I tried to ask her one more time for assistance and she called me a B*tch and told me to get the f*** out the store! In front of another old man in the store! I call to make a complaint and the DM reaches out an assured it would be resolved and handled! I was given a $25 gift card after all of this and purchased a toy that did not work, so I had to return. I go back to the store early to only see the same manager there!!! I try to go to the pharmacy to do the exchange for a different toy to avoid seeing this other manger and 1 lady with red hair in the pharmacy tried to help. The lady with the white coat was rude and did not want to understand I did not want the manager back there! It was horrible customer service and she looked stressed out. The manager passes by and what does the lady with the white coat do asks the manager to step in!! The manager sees me rolls her eyes. UNBELEIVABLE !! This store needs major revamping. Management, the cashiers up front, to the whole store. After speaking with Terrence I thought I could go back to this store, but I’m not gonna put myself in a situation like this ever again. Long story short the other store adjusted my receipt and I walked away with my hair products! I pay taxes to live out here and can’t come to my local CVS or pharmacy!!

Store was run down and shelves were empty. Looks like business is closing. Store dirty and not a good representation of CVS brand. Find other store !

The pharmacist counted the pills incorrectly and I was only distributed half of the prescription. When I followed up I was informed that the prescription was expired all they can do is to refund 50%. What if this is life critical meds??? Very irresponsible

By far one of the rudest CVS I’ve ever been too. Everyone has an attitude , & clearly upset when you ask them anything. Why work for customer service if customers bother you? Managers are suppose to set an example , the gentlemen manager who worked today at 5:00 pm was upset that your asking him a question too. Only ones who seem to have courteous behavior is the pharmacy.

Marcella was the cashier. Extremely rude. Then to add insult to injury, after my items were rung up she places my money on the counter instead of handing it to me the way I handed it to her. Very racist and unethical.

I never write bad reviews. I brush ignorance off but this had to be written and I hope they hire new staff INCLUDING managers.

Wouldn't recommend this cvs to anyone.It said that the operating hours are from 8am - 10pm ,but I have been here waiting outside from 7:50 -8:30 cause I urgently needed something but its still closed and no with no one inside as the lights are still off.

The rudest old lady works there now. She laughs at me for not being able to see a label then processed to make a comment. Disgusting!
