I went in to browse 510 vape batteries and was helped by Cassie. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. After 20 or so minutes I made my purchase with confidence. Unfortunately I had selected the incorrect model and after 4 days, returned and was again helped by Cassie. She made the return seamless and within minutes, I had my new battery and was out the door. I would highly recommend this business, not just for their great selection of glass and accessories, but for the incredible customer service that is so hard to find these days. Thanks Cassie!
