Hands down the best bakery. The desserts are phenomenal, the service is always top notch. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Would recommend Homestyle over and over and over. Recently got their strawberry crumb cake and it was the seriously the best cake. Strawberry cake with cheesecake and strawberry on the inside with strawberry crumbles on the outside? Absolutely yes. I know i just said a lot of strawberry but it wasn’t overly sweet or strawberry-y. I can't even begin to explain how good that cake was. People are still talking about it!!! Can’t wait to work with them to create my wedding cake this year. If you’re looking for memorable desserts and kind service, look no further !

If you’ve ever been here, you can’t resist coming back and you can’t help but tell others they have to visit as well. What a great location. Take a walk in the waterfront park and treat yourself to dessert after!
So many come here to order their cakes for special events and they have great holiday treats as well.
They have so many choices so you’ll just have to stop in every time you’re nearby. That’s what I do.

We were so pleased with our wedding cake this past Saturday! So beautiful and tasted delicious. We received many compliments from our guests!

I love this bakery and it’s the ONLY good bakery in the area. There’s almost alwayss a line inside and sometimes the service is slow but the wait is definitely worth it! There is a great variety and I hope to order a large cake from them someday! The macarons were so yummy and each had a unique flavor. My husband and I both loved the kombucha too!

Amazingly delicious! Our wedding venue partners with Homestyle Desserts, and thank goodness they do! We loved our take home tasting, which allowed us to have an fun unexpected date night, while taste testing some amazing cakes! We also took a number of other delicious treats home, because it was impossible not to.

They delivered our cake timely the day of the wedding, and it was exactly as ordered, and just as delicious as we remembered!!! We wanted something classic and simple, and it was truly perfect.

I know you're supposed to save the top of your cake for the first anniversary, but we couldn't help ourselves and have been enjoying it all this week, and plan to get a fresh one each year to celebrate! Just an excuse for more delicious cake!

The single most delicious cake we've ever had and was voted the single best wedding cake anyone had at the weddings they've been to! Julie worked with us to create something truly unique and they had never done before. Yellow sponge, cannoli filling, a thin layer of fudge filling sitting on top of the cannoli, repeat through the layers, and a nearly naked buttercream exterior. PLUS they made matching gluten free cupcakes for a few guests. So ridiculously delicious.

Staff seem confused sometimes but the Covid era plastic shields are a likely cause, as they are infuriating and muddle anything said on either side of them: it's almost impossible to be heard above the din though them – a plastic wall between you and the counter person (if you can't remove it: lower it; Raise it; or cut it in half. Something. anything)

always polite and friendly though. Limited and strange selection of Italian pastries –but it's not just Italian, is it–

HOWEVER: Everything is top quality and done VERY WELL. Exceptional macarOns (the French/Almond kind; Not the coconut "oo" variety). The best canoili I've had outside of NYC (and a handful of other ethnic enclaves), and actually better than most there (and they have both large AND small ones: which are a different experience (chocolate too). Which reminds ' : The chocolate chip cookies are fantastic.

ABSOLUTELY WORTH A VISIT: You'll decide from there. I'm VERY happy they are here, even though I don't eat anything they make anymore, I love to show off their product at any gathering or event

we were there for a coffee and we received more...first of all, you can't decide...everything looks delicious...so we bought a cookie to accompany the coffee...but suddenly they surprised us with a special gift that will remain in my memory forever. they gave us two easter eggs as a gift...thank you ..!!!!

Decided to try a new bakery in the area, and so I did! I’m very pleased with the staff, Tara was beyond helpful and made sure everyone in my party was satisfied! Prices are a bit on the higher side but 100% worth the HYPE! They even offer many vegan and gluten free options. The vegan pastries were delicious!! Everything is ready to order and prepared fresh daily. If you’re in the area I’d stop by and give it a try for yourself!

First of all, Diana is amazing! We went to pick up our Godson's baptism cake, which was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone at bakery is super welcoming and friendly. They have delicious looking cakes, pies, cupcakes, literally slices of cake on a stick (aka cake pops), chocolate covered pretzels, cookies, chocolates. If you can think of it, they got it. Their coffee was fresh and this is going to be weird but the ice cubes look like pitted olives and I'm obsessed.

Friendly helpers all safely behind walls of plastic during this pandemic time. The bakery is like walking into a museum of confections, transporting anyone back to childhoods with faces pressed against the panes of glass separating little fingers from exquisite sugar frosted imaginations.

Outstanding taste for their wedding and birthday cakes. Price is a little high but well worth it for the special occasions. Love their sponge cake options. Go u will NOT regret it

My daughter's wedding cake (Strawberry and Cream) was delicious! Cake layers were light, just enough strawberry, and the custard was smooth. A couple of days before the wedding she delivered to them fake eucalyptus leaves and her cake top. Cake was beautifully accented with the leaves and of course her cake top set it off. Highly recommend Homestyle Desserts!

Love this bakery. Their St Josephs Zeoples are out of this world. The staff is very friendly and all the baked goods are very fresh. 10/10 cant wait to be back

Celebrated our one-year business anniversary with a two tier vegan oreo cake from Homestyle Desserts Bakery and it was absolutely delicious! Can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is great and the options are plentiful. They even have a special section with vegan and gluten free options.

Great quality and taste. I go to homestyle ever since I found them. No more supermarket taste!!! Heck no! They’re always busy. Put your order ahead of time. You won’t regret it. They are good.

Simply the best cakes you will ever eat. I asked them to make my cake for my wedding shower and wedding, and I have picked up cakes for various birthdays, and I promise you that you will never eat a better piece of cake in your life. My wedding & shower cakes were both their black & white cake offering, and my guests are still talking about it! (See picture for wedding cake - l added the decor ourselves, but they do offer cake decorating & a number of styles!)

Everything Smelt And Looked Incredible! Definitely Recommend Checking This Place Out. I’ll definitely be returning back ASAP! I got the cupcakes and it was incredible!
