Great Experience. I own an insulation company. I purchased a 15000e Generac Generator. Filled it with oil and gas. Had an issue with it starting. Came in this morning. They ran it to a nearby generac tech and got it fixed and running for me within an hour of me showing up. They stand behind their products they sell. Best Hardware Store. Will be making all my equipment purchases from them from now on. This place does business right!!!!

One of the best hardware stores I know. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and very willing to help you get your job done. Also, this store stocks incredibly high-end stuff and stands behind everything they sell. Stihl/Husqvarna power tools, YETI coolers and cups, top-shelf paints, hardware and fittings. Also, this is the absolute BEST place in the Hudson Valley to get chainsaw chains sharpened. I regularly clean up lots of trees on a lakefront property and this shop is always ready to sharpen as many chainsaw chains as I come in with and turn them around right away (usually within a few hours or so). GO HERE!

Purchased a lawn mower here today. Was greeted as soon as I entered the store, and was helped immediately. The sales associate was friendly, and informed about the choices available. He refused a tip when he loaded into my car and said "We appreciate you shopping with us today". This was my second time at this store, last time I purchased a weed wacker and the sales associate was very helpful and spent several minutes talking to me about the options and the benefits of each. I will continue to shop here in the future, cannot get this service at Home Depot or Lowe's. The prices are competitive with the big box stores in most cases. Excellent customer service

Very attentive staff.

One younger guy there that was upfront at register does not know how to talk to customers though, talked (to me) with slang or street language. Not a bad kid just not aware that he is doing it. Management should notice, you've been advised.

Good place to shop overall. Personal service will be given in my experience.

Absolutely perfect experience at this hardware store. I needed two saw chains sharpened on a Sunday morning and I was able to drop the chains off at Lakeside Hardware and pick them up half an hour later. They were surgical sharp and perfectly clean. The store was very well-stocked, bright, brilliantly organized and completely spotless. I'd recommend this place to anyone. It's 100 times better than the nearby Home Depot, which is filthy, cluttered, and depressing.

Ace Hardware is a beautiful store and they have a knowledgeable staff to assist. I'm in and out of there in minutes as the staff walks me right over to what ever I'm looking for.

Always greeted when you come in, and after a few visits they know me and my family by name. They have everything a big box stores has with a mom and pop feel. You need it they have it. You need advice on a project, the have that too. Their lumber is top quality. Honestly what makes ace the place for anything you need, the reason a drive right past the other two idiotic places we have is the service. They even carry your bags to the car. You gotta love that.

Awesome hardware store!!! Prices are extremely reasonable and the personal service is 2nd to none...... highly advise and recommend you check this store out for anything you need. Whether you need a tiny hard to find screw, or a new chainsaw, this is the place to go!

Finally....a REAL hardware store close to home with a knowledgeable staff, great products, fair prices, and people who are happy to have you in their store 😊....been there many times already and have not been disappointed......Purchased and had them deliver a 4 burner Weber Genesis II gas grill......good price, free delivery, who could ask for more? I highly recommend this store!

Great to have an actual hardware store, with attentive and knowledgeable staff, back in the neighborhood! Home Depot and Lowes are both close by, but for the above-mentioned reasons (plus an amazing selection of fasteners that actually beats the big-box stores), this is my new preferred destination.

I needed to purchase six Adirondack chairs for my home and I called and spoke to one of the workers there-Alex Hartson. He was so helpful and made sure that the Adirondack chairs were in stock before I made the trip up to Ace Hardware Store. I also needed help choosing the color of the chairs and he gave me great advice. When I arrived to the store, he greeted me and charged me for the six chairs and then proceeded to carry out the chairs and placed them into my SUV. Alex Hartson was so professional and courteous. Pleasant to deal with. Sunday was able to purchase a diamond wedge and a new sledge
hammer. Good tools - I was able to split a good load of firewood.

I love this store. Every time I go there no matter who is working they are extrelely helpful and knowledgable. They also always have what I am looking for. I've been in this area for many years. When midway hardware on 202 closed It was really
sad that only big box stores could provide the community with hardware and house hold goods

They greet you as you enter which I find comforting that someone will answer a question walipy if I have one. I did. They helped me locate the saw blades I needed and I was on my way. Easy and friendly.

Loved the new Ace Hardware first time in a great ad do the area they have a lot of things that the big box stars don't have You got to go buy and check them out they are Ace as a place for the helpful hardware man maybe I'm going to do that we got them back home in California and I maintained and fix a lot of different things and they always have things I need You can't find anywhere else You going to stop by and check them out.
