Bill Schunk & his team are incredible! Hurricane Ida destroyed our retaining wall and caused a gas leak just 2 days after we listed our 3 family property for sale. We were not in a position to make the repairs necessary and felt hopeless. Bill & his son James blew us away with their creative thinking and hard work. They communicated with the city on our behalf, organized & coordinated the repairs needed, all while structuring a deal that allowed us to self finance the buyer until the necessary work got done.

Bill is not only an expert at what he does but he treated us like family throughout our home buying process. For just one example, we were in negotiations on a three family house and the boiler was a concern. To calm our nerves, he sent one of his furnace guys to do an onsite inspection and record the findings when we could not be present. I could go on and on with more examples, but will end with this. When my wife and I are looking for that second home, we're calling Bill; he is who you want on your side.

I was introduced to Robert a few years ago and did a few inspections for him. Then he introduced me to Bill, Nick and finally James. I recently met Martin too. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. I get to meet and work with a lot of real estate agents and they are at the top of the list. All of their clients are always happy with them too.
