This company is top tier! From the 1st phone call to gather information to the moment the truck left my driveway I was highly impressed and satisfied with their level of customer service and care. The owner Scott made the process so incredibly easy. I was able to use their text message system to be able to get messages to them quickly. They sent an estimate within minutes of me sending them photos of my unit. The price was fair but their customer service is what sold me. They were able to come the next day even with the need to bring an electrician with them. They were on time and kept me updated about their arrival via text message. The guys who did the job were awesome! They were mindful of my front door knowing I have a dog in the house. They put drop clothes down to prevent a mess on my floors and rugs. They were fast and friendly. They were in and out within 3 hours and left not a trace of their presence! They even wiped my front steps down with rags because it was drizzling and there were foot print. I highly recommend this company & I’m so glad I went with them! Great great company! You won’t be disappointed! I’m thrilled and I’m even happier that I have hot water again!

Retro Hot Water and Heating has truly impressed me with their top-notch water and heating services. Since I l know nothing about Boiler, upon discovering the company through a Google search, I found that they offer oil-to-gas conversion services. Scott patiently guided me through the process over the phone and provided a thorough explanation of my requirements, all while offering a reasonable quote.

Scott seamlessly managed the entire process from quoting and scheduling construction to completion and post-installation support, Given the necessity of updating gas pipelines due to the oil-to-gas conversion, Johnny and Anthony patiently explained the need for larger gas lines to accommodate the installation of new gas boiler.

After the equipment installation, Scott continued to assist me patiently over the phone, even sending someone to check on things not once, but three times. Yes, three times (from Sep to Nov).

I am highly satisfied with the new heating system. Retro Hot Water and Heating's professionalism, responsiveness, fair pricing with no hidden fees, make them stand out as one of the best on Long Island.

Everyone in this company was very professional and friendly, Anthony came out to change out our water heater, this guy gets 10 stars!! He put covering on the floors and stairs, covered his shoes, and left everything clean as if nothing happened, fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about his job, I will recommend this company 10 times over!!! I was very pleased with the oil to gas conversion that Retro did for me. They were professional friendly and very knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently and left my place spotless. Having received estimates from 5 other contractors, I can definitely say that the Retro guys are experts in their field and they did not disappoint.

Scott and John really assisted in providing our home with a new boiler. They diagnosed the problem and made it possible for us to finance the job.The Staff were courteous, punctual, and left the job site neat. They were
able to diagnose another problem that arose and assisted me with a referral to a reputable chimney company.

Retro serviced my tankless water heater 18 months ago. Anthony worked on it until he was able to determine why there was no hot water. A specific part had to be ordered. The unit was completely cleaned and running smoothly. Anthony serviced the unit today, and all is well. I trust Retro and highly recommend them.
