Amazing costumer service, the young lady who attended me was named Nancy! 1/1/24 she was such a sweet & helpful person by far the best customer service I’ve had I went around 5 pm

Let me first say that this was probably the best experience we have ever had at any finish line or sneaker store ever. All thanks to Donovan. Finish line should be sending him around the country to teach other employees at other finish lines how to properly treat customers. He went above and beyond to help us. You can tell he genuinely cares. I’ve walked out of other sneakers stores and other finish lines because of the lack of respect you get from certain employees. This was not the case here at all. A++++ on customer service. Extremely knowledgeable. Does his job and does it all with a smile. Thanks again Donovan. We will be sure to come back!!

This place is awesome!!!!

The store is very clean and organized and so was the staff!

My son was looking for a specific pair of shoes and they had them in his size. They were the only place out of 6 places he called that actually had them. The day we went they closed at 7pm and I was very busy. We made it there 10 minutes before they closed and we're greeted with smiles. The two young women that worked there had everything ready for us he tried them on and we checked out. The whole process took about 5 minutes which was shocking.

They even gave us MILITARY DISCOUNT with ID explaining not all shoes qualify for it but they would try and entered it into the computer to see. They were friendly, professional and went the extra mile making us feel welcomed before they closed! Excellent customer service!

I went in looking for a pair of shoes for my girlfriend, unsure of what I really wanted to get for her. Erica and the staff were soo helpful and paitent with helping me pick out something I think she is going to love! I appreciate the help guys!
