Close to home. Experts to help you with all your needs. Quick service. Friendly staff. I like shopping and sometimes just browsing for the latest in technology.

Lovely visit despite the unfortunate circumstances of it. Very helpful staff who helped with my laptop issues. Lost my harddrive files but that's not their fault at all and they were very understanding. Would use and recommend their services in the future for tech issues.

I've always liked going to Best Buy.
They really do have the best deals. Prices are comparable with places like Walmart.
We recently bought a TV and have been very happy with our purchase.
The salesman was very helpful in helping us make our decisions as well as helping us load it into our vehicle.
I wish that I lived closer because I'd be going there more often.

Nice ,clean store with helpful friendly staff. Was able to get the help I needed to find what I was after and get on my way.

The place from outside if there's no car in the lot looks closed. The lights inside are not so bright to be seen outside. But it closes at 8 pm so once you're inside the team is pretty enthusiastic and helpful. But now they don't process the return on your TV for you as usual after 15 days you have to call Geek Squad if you have protection on it!

I am blown away by the service I recieved at Best Buy today. These guys were engaged from start to finish and helped us save a lot of money. Friendly and knowledgeable and extremely competent. One looked at the bill and said “we can save them money.” Not many people would go the extra mile like that.

Went in to look at a new head unit for the Jeep and I was immediately approached and offered assistance. They are always very helpful and knowledgable about their products. I would definitely recommend the Springfield Best Buy!

It was a great visit! I needed to replace my screen protector on my cell again(this is the 3rd time). They explained the one I was using (Armor Edge) didn't curve the same as my Note 9. I was able to exchange it (because I had a replacement plan) and purchased the Zagg Glass Invisible Shield. I only had to pay the difference. It looks better, fits better, and can still replace it if it's cracked, etc. I was actually in and out in about 10 minutes. Guess I picked the right day and time. Friday 2:41 pm

Went for switch games. They were out of one that I was looking for but offered to have it shipped to my house.

I want to give a "shout out" to Josiah with the Geek Squad. We had an issue arise, and Josiah went above and beyond to assist us. We really appreciate it!

Also, thanks to Amber who assisted us with a purchase of a laptop, and Ben with a purchase of a printer. You guys rock!

I specifically am leaving a review for only one simple reason and that is, a five star employee known to me a Magic. Not only was his name unique, so was my experience with him. Let me start by saying this guy is definitely in my opinion “management material.” Not only was he the most friendly person I had talked to in the last 24 hours but his thoughtfulness for me to try to apply for a Best Buy card to save me some money was really appreciated. Magic I suggest, should be training other new employees with his energetic positive attitude and great customer service. I will be looking for him specifically anytime I shop at that location and I recommend you do the same. He should be a valued employee, for long term employment.

It was time to Upgrade our phones, although I didn't want to spend the money, it was a pleasant experience working with Shane. He was patient, professional and courteous. He explained the process, shipping or store pickup, Etcetera ! Great personal skills. Thank you.

Just received my new Whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy & the 3 Gentlemen that installed it were very efficient, kind,& neat. Also explained what to do before I fill it. They were just Wonderful.
