This is the first helpful Verizon store that I've ever been too. (in fact, this is the only helpful Verizon store that I've ever been to). The techs were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get my device fixed. Thanks!

Lee was super helpful, very patient and understanding. I lost my phone on a crucial day and he saved me. Even spent extra time on a dumb hitch but got me through it. Many thanks.

Great experience! All 3 attendants helped assist me and they really know their stuff. He was looking for discounts etc and made everything easy a smooth transition into a new phone / upgraded plan. By far the best Verizon experience I've ever had in 20+ years

A nice all around experience. While resolving issue, I listened as associate a welcomed new people while taking care of each person specifically. He and his manager suggested products and services with knowledge that really took care of our needs. I walked away with issue resolved, a couple of genuinely useful accessories and some worthwhile knowledge that will help me going forward.

We had a very complicated issue when we entered the store today. Savannah was able to help us get our phone situation straightened out and got us what we needed.

I always have a nice visit when I enter this particular Verizon store. I’ve had the same associate for the last four or five months and he’s always treated me with the upmost respect. He spends time answering all of my questions, and he never makes me feel in capable, even though I am with all this new technology.

Savannah was very helpful, I am visionary impaired and have trouble with my hands and she helped me and went above and beyond I definitely recommend this location

Greeted not hounded by the rep upon entering the store! Treated customer with respect and worked on problem solving immediately! Discussed options and concerns with my device, listened and responded to problems with device, offered much help and discussed options with me, made helpful suggestions! Helped me troubleshoot my devices!

I had Savannah help me today. She was the absolute loveliest person and she made sure everything was perfect and worked for me. i would recommend her to anyone who asked. She is awesome, she had great customer service and was able to make me and my parents comfortable with what we were buying. Again, she's awesome and i think the other workers should follow her example :)

Savannah is always a pleasure. Every time I come into the store even though she’s by herself she is friendly and accommodates customers quickly and with a smile. We need more customer service representatives like her.

I spoke with Savannah on the phone to get information about purchasing a new phone. She was very pleasant and told me it would take 45 minutes on purchasing the phone. When went in, I had a new phone in 30 minutes and I got back to work in less than an hour. She was an expert on the new phone that I purchased. She was wonderful!!!!!!

Super fast and easy! Came in to take a look at the new Samsung flip and ended up ordering the purple one! Got $800 of with my trade in & it comes in 2 days. Really easy to order, I'll definitely be back

I have been utilizing this South High Street Verizon retailer since 2020, when I went in to upgrade my iphone. My experience at that time was quick and easy but unfortunately I forget the name of the representative who assisted me.

Most recently, February 2023, I was assisted by both Justin Mason and Kearre Poindexter, who were superb in guiding me through another iphone upgrade and navigating a hiccup or two along the way. I’m very grateful for their time and assistance and will continue to use this Verizon retailing for the foreseeable future.

If you find yourself in need of Verizon iphone support in the German Village / South High Street area, I recommend this location to address your needs.

Everything went smooth and quickly. Which was great considering my old phone was difficult to transfer information to my new phone. The staff was quite knowledgeable to quickly help me figure everything out.
