AT&T Store

We needed some help with a device and really needed a solution fast! Andrew was EXTREMELY helpful, as was his co-worker. He was very informative, and let us know all of our options without being high-pressure. We will be back in to get a new device in the next few days!

We received knowledgeable friendly service from both Andrew and Terron. Went in twice, first for husband to trade for an iPhone 15Pro and later for me to switch from TMobile to ATT and trade in for iPhone 14. I followed up with a quick call which resolved question while setting up new phone. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with these young men.

Stopped in to get a new phone. Philip went through my plan with me, saved me some money, ordered the the phone I wanted, and helped me pick out some accessories. Philip was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very polite. I highly recommend this AT&T location.

Jacob was awesome! Provided excellent professional customer service, was very thorough in explaining my new purchase and assisted me in setting up my device. During the sync wait he helped me with purchasing screen protector and case, even put screen on!! I spent an hour in the store but felt shorter due to his engagement with me and making me feel valued as an AT&T customer! Definitely will recommend this store! Thanks Jacob!!!

Ter'ron(Sales Rep) is superb in his expertise knowledge and Professionalism to assist anyone who goes into the store with beautiful, Professionalism that can't be matched! He's the epitome of Customer Service Representative!

My situation was complicated. I switched from another carrier to ATT at a local whole sale retail store . During that original encounter at whole sale retailer the rep was new and there were alot of items that were not discussed and many surprises I encountered after the sale. I called customer service at least 6 times over 4 days after the sale. Questions and concerns still not fully answered I ended up going into the store to try to get a resolution. When I first explained my delima Noah was not fully sure the store would be able to help me. However Noah consulted with Jake another rep and he later called Dave who was home. Dave from home was able to give guidance. Noah and Jake spent almost 2 hours in the store with me. they were very patient and kind. They navigated a difficult road and a the end I was able to get a resolution. So thank you all again for your help and understanding. I would recommend visiting this location if you need any help. As they were helping me many other people came into the store, they were able to help them also to avoid them from having a long wait.

Nikki- the store manager- was amazing. She did everything in her power to trouble shoot through some account issues. She literally helped us step by step and was great to work with. Very grateful for all her help and knowledge!

Went to have both my phones and iPad’s updated. Had a warm welcome at the door, the manager Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to decide which phones were the most beneficial for me. Would definitely come back for all my upgrades and new service lines!

The manager was very helpful in picking out a new phone. He recommended changing our plan and it saved us so much we were able to get a new I-phone and our total costs stayed the same. I thought we would end up paying more but He saved us!!! Awesome help and the savings helped out too!!!!

Awesome service, felt very take care of considering the amount of energy me and my mom brought into the store. Taken care of immediately with a smile. Our rep let us know what deals there were, ordered our phones and watches, and told us the prices up front. 10/10 the best phone buying experience I've ever had. Trey, our rep, is the reason we will be coming back only on days that he is working.

I visited the store with my mother, hoping to get some assistance on either upgrading my current phone or creating a totally new account. We worked with Bo & he was not only completely honest, but insanely helpful throughout the whole process! We probably spent nearly over an hour with him & never felt bored or annoyed by the process! Getting a new phone can be a long process sometimes, but the crew here didn’t make the time drag on! GREAT SERVICE!!! Will definitely return!

I left T-Mobile and became a customer with A&TT today and I’m already so pleased with the service. Terron helped me get into a brand new Apple iPhone 12! He worked very quickly and thoroughly. I went in the store and told him exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. He hooked me up with the perfect plan. He didn’t try to pressure me into spending more money then I wanted too or pressure me into unnecessary accessories. (I still bought the 35 dollar case! Lol) Nikki, the store manager, was also in the store and was very personable. She talked to me about my plan and made sure I understood everything. This was a wonderful experience! Def 5 stars!

Went to the trusty neighborhood AT&T store and had the experience of speaking with Shawn (I beleive he is the store manager), he is very informative, friendly and professional. The other team members there were just as professional and friendly. I would recommend this store for any of your AT&T needs.

Jacob and Terron were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This will always be my go to AT & T store. They were much easier to talk to and more knowledgeable than the 1-800 customer service number. Thank you for all you do Jacob and Terrin.

Top notch experience! I went into AT&T to figure out my options because my old phone just didn’t have the storage I needed anymore, etc etc. Bo was super knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond with keeping me in my budget comfortably PLUS walking me through activating my new phone. I could tell that he loves his job because the customer service I received and my overall experience reflected exactly that!

After many many many hours and DAYS dealing with AT&T customer service and IT with absolutely no help or resolution (actually caused a lot more problems for us), we decided to go IN to a store. We came to this location where we met Zoey and Shawn. Within 10 minutes they knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. We were out of there within 20 minutes!! I'm telling you, AT&T customer service and IT is the absolute WORST! So if you need any assistance with anything what so ever, go into the store and let Zoey and Shawn help you out. I have no doubts that they can do what customer service and/or IT canNOT do for you!! On top of their help and expertise, they were very pleasant, nice, straight forward and professional. They definitely deserve all the praise and a raise 😉

This store saved me while I was traveling and found myself with a broken charger and precariously unprotected iPhone screen. Austin and Bo are the heroes we need. Really helpful, knowledgeable, professional, funny, and kind. They took the time to do everything correctly and carefully. I had a great time at this store, for real. Give these guys a raise!

Bo was absolutely amazing!!! I'm 40 and not too technically inclined, but he took 3 hours and explained and taught me sooo much. what an amazing guy and what an awesome store. Very clean, organized, stocked. What a perfect transaction and experience. Thank you Bo and thank you AT&T!!!

I had a fantastic experience at this location, Bo the manager was extremely helpful. He walked me through the different plans that fit my needs and actually saved me money. He didn’t rush me out the door like most people do in sales. He made it seem like two friends talking rather than a transaction. I will be a returning customer to this location due to the experience I had.

We have come to this AT&T store multiple times and this staff has been amazing every time. They are very helpful syncing and knowledgeable in all the products they carry! Bo and Austin specifically gave us exceptional service each time we’ve come in to purchase our new iPhones and Iwatches from this store. I even switched my carrier from Sprint to AT&T because of them after being a Sprint customer for over 20 years!
