Kroger

This is my local Kroger and the staff is helpful and courteous each time I shop. I wanted to especially call out Faith who handled a recent order of balloons for a family party. After being cancelled on last minute by a well known party store Faith, the Floral Manager, took our order over the phone and reassured us we could still make the day beautiful. When we went to pick up the order, she really delivered! The balloons were perfect and she saved the day. I will continue to use this store for my party needs and appreciated all of the effort put in on our behalf. Thank you Faith!

Excellent selection, although the layout isn't necessarily terribly logical. Excellent produce for winter, and very reasonable prices.

It's no Food n Stuff, but it's pretty close.

The nicest Kroeger within 10 miles of my house. Nice location, huge section and great deals. Nice salad bar, hot foods, huge assortment of wine. Friendly and helpful staff and a very clean store.

Do not mix this Kroeger up with the one next to Walmart on South High. Very different places.

Great selection of goods 👍 Shelves were stocked. Employees where moving with a purpose security guard was polite.

Love this Kroger on Sycamore! Never too busy. Its not so big that it's overwhelming. It's perfect size, perfect location, and has everything I could want to fulfill my shopping needs. Definitely recommend. Also recommend using the app, your Kroger card, clipping coupons, and cashing in on fuel perks. My time invested in these things overall is minimal, it's super easy, and the savings are worth it!

Go to Starbucks here everyday. The crew there is always friendly and makes my morning better before the work day ahead! Shout out Kay and Brigid, thank you for the little things you do! They go a long way

I needed floral arrangements on short notice. So, I called the Krogers Floral Department on Sycamore. Danielle answer the phone with the most pleasant tone in her voice. I explained to Danielle that I had never purchased any arrangement for this particular type of event. With no hesitation Danielle asked me What time do you need them by? I said in the morning.
The next day... I picked up the most Gorgeous, Fresh, Vibrant arrangement of flowers. Danielle you are truly talented. I will definitely use Kroger Floral Department for future occasions.

This Kroger is very nice. They have cafeteria style dinning area, salad bar and Starbucks around the produce. The employees are helpful and easy to find. Usually only two in line. We have never had to wait very long to check out. The self scan attendants are very attentive. I love this Kroger.

This is a great store. I like the atmosphere. It is very clean. Prices are good. Kroger brands are generally as high quality as name brands with significant savings. The food bar and salad bars are great for takeout. The deli and bakery are ordinary in my view. You won't get Panera quality baked goods. Deli prices are not the best, but overall a great shopping experience. I stop in at least twice a week.

This is my favorite Kroger! It's worth going out of your way if you don't live in the neighborhood. The store is beautiful. It has really large windows high on the front wall that give plenty of natural light. It makes the store so much more pleasant than others.

All the specialty shops are here including a really large deli with hot food, a Donatos pizza shop, a wine bar, a sushi bar plus all the usual shops. There are seating areas at the sushi bar and in the wine cellar as well as outside, so you can eat there if you want.

The butcher and fish counter are always staffed. The produce is really fresh and they have a great selection. As a matter of fact, they have a great selection in every part of the store.

The people in the pharmacy are great. They have helped me out on many occasions with insurance problems. The staff in every part of the store are very friendly. They seem to enjoy their work, which I think indicates good management. I recommend this store without reservation.

I dealt with a professional and kind woman her name was Bailey . I had a couple issues with the bakery and this lady helped me with my stress of obtaining a birthday cake. I just think this woman needs recognition for her absolutely outstanding customer service. Go bakery and Go Bailey ! I’ll be following up on making sure she gets recognized.

Great store! Plan ahead gorgeous clientele along with some really characters. Good mix to keep you focused.

Love the lunch options, but this is my favorite kroger by far. They have a varied selection, staff is helpful, and it's organized very well. I love to stop in during lunch to grab lunch and any last minute items for dinner. The fact that it's affordable makes it all the better.

Downtown's central big store for anything grocery. It is good, clean, and affordable.
