Went to Kay's to trade-in a small pair of diamond earrings for an upgrade. Rebecca was wonderful!! So extremely helpful. She listened to what I thought I wanted and she showed me jewelry that matched. No high pressure. She is a true asset to Kay's.

I went into Kay Jewelers looking for a chain for a beloved pendant, to replace one I owned that was a terrible knotted and tangled mess. Jordan immediately took the chain to try and untangle it… and Rebecca started to show me replacement chains in the event that my current one could not be saved. Both associated were incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Jordon was able to save my necklace…I was amazed!! And Rebecca was so helpful that I bought a new beautiful necklace, as well! Great experience!

I always have a great experience when I go into Springfield Kay’s. I recently went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together and there was a mixup in the paperwork and it didn’t get done. The employee personally drove my rings down to have it done and brought it back the same day so I wouldn’t have to wait another two weeks! They go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend Springfield Kay’s. You won’t be disappointed.

Very long story short… sent my wedding ring set in to repair to get sized down, came back wrong so I had to send it back in again to get it fixed… a total of three times came back damaged from repair. Months of not having my ring. The end result was I needed a new ring that they stopped making… my customer care experience with Kay’s online services was absolutely horrible!!!! But I couldn’t have got through this horrific time without Rebecca the store manager! She made everything so much better and helped more than she had to! She done everything in her power to make it right for me when corporate wouldn’t. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Kay’s unless you get the help from this wonderful woman!! as well as the general manager of the store!! I will never step foot into another Kay’s. As bad as Springfield may be, the employees at this location will go above and beyond for the customers. This business should definitely appreciate the staff they have because honestly if it weren’t for them, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere!! so thank you Springfield employees at Kay jewelers for doing your job and not stopping until this situation was resolved!!
