Birdigo Chicken and Custard

You gotta eat here! I know, I stole that line. But seriously, this was my first visit and I loved it. Smallish storefront, but you can order online, or call in your order and they have ample curbside pickup parking. I chose to order at the counter so I could pay cash. They were crowded but getting orders out pretty quick. They seemed well staffed. Everyone I encountered was courteous. It was a short wait to order and a few minutes to get my order. I got the California Salad, smashers, and fried devilled eggs. Everything was fresh and delicious. And the portions were large. There were four eggs but I ate one b4 taking the photos. I only ate half the salad and eggs and maybe a third of the smashers. I will definitely be going back.

Customer Service was helpful, professional and kind. The Austin chicken sandwich was deliciously flavorful and the cauliflower bites was worth the purchase.

Loved seeing the roasted cauliflower option on the menu. Bonus points for it being prepared in a healthy way. We were super excited for the Nashville hot chicken option. It tastes a bit different from the actual Tennessee version (more barbecue flavor here), but still very good!

One of the best places I have been too in a long time! We got three tenders, a whole cauliflower head and a club chicken sandwich along with Arnold Palmers! The chicken was fresh and beautifully cooked, super crispy! The cauliflower was perfectly cooked and flavorful! Sauces were killer! 1000% recommended to anyone including veggie eaters! Will be back soon!

First time customer….Big juicy OG chicken sandwich! Melts in your mouth! The greens were a pleasant surprise, sour with a touch of sweet, the tater tots were crisped to perfection and all the different spices and flavors combined made for an amazing meal! We will be back!

Great chicken and tots! We had the cauliflower bites on a prior visit and loved them too. Worth the money and the 40 min drive! It's basically carryout only so plan on eating in your car while it's still hot and fresh.

The staff was so kind. You can sit at a parking spot and order, order on line, or go inside to order take out.

Great food by a local establishment! The tots are killer, the tenders are amazing, and the sauces are fantastic! Try it you won't regret it! Update 6/20/23 this place still serves some great chicken, I wish they were open a little later. But staffing these days is a nightmare. Still a place to try in Solon!

I met this very nice man who said he was part owner and gave me a card for free chicken tenders. I took my family there and when I tell you this is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had I am not exaggerating. The Nashville sauce is sooo good. We ordered with loaded tater tots and the best part was the custard. Took me back to my Euclid Beach days. Highly recommend this place in Solon, Ohio in the location where the car dealership used to be.

My husband eats lunch here regularly but today I decided to give it a try for myself. I had the schnitzel sandwich which is the October special and tater tots and oh my goodness is it delicious! The chicken is so crispy and juicy. The seasoning on the tots is perfect and I don't want to cover the taste with ketchup. I can't believe how great this meal is!

Awesome and fast food. Ordered 4 times so far, and the meals were consistently good. It is nice to have a quality vegetarian option (cauliflower bites). Smashers are recommended.

Warning! This food has intense flavor, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich might melt your face. If you want a bland, soulless chicken sandwich go to that place that is not open on Sundays. Fast, friendly and great team running this restaurant. The Smashers are awesome, and my go to side with any sandwich. Best Chicken Sandwich in the Cleveland area. Now go get some! Hands down best local chicken sandwich. Tots were seasoned to perfection and the strawberry milkshake was the bomb. A stone's throw from the office, this restaurant is sure to be a regular treat on days when brown bagging it just won't cut it. Customer service was phenomenal and you can tell they put a lot of pride behind their menu. Fast, clean and friendly. Skip the ridiculous fast food lines and give these folks your business. They deserve it!

We love eating at Birdigo! It is our favorite and go-to chicken place! Birdigo also catered a late night snack of chicken sandwiches at our wedding recently and everyone loved it! It was the perfect way to end our wedding night!

The chicken sandwiches were really good (both grilled and fried). It's also nice to see cauliflower on the menu.
But you should come here just for the custard! Delicious! Not sure where else you can get this anywhere nearby. Chagrin Falls? Really?

Ordered the OG and Nashville Hot crispy chicken sandwiches and the Southern Comfort chicken sandwich of the month. All were very tender, well seasoned and matched their descriptions. As first timers also tried the smashers, tots and cauliflower bites. All were spot on. The cauliflower bites were well-breaded with breading not falling off—not easy with fried vegetables. The smashers were also very good, but special shoutout on the Backyard BBQ Tots—wow!—they would make a super good entree. Sauces were good as well. Food was ready without much of a wait. Fantastic first impression, looking forward to going back.

Was very kind, and refunded my float when there wasn't enough custard. The tenders were very good, and made me realize that I do like my chicken fried, but only when it's done well.

I usually avoid new restaurants, but since Birdigo looked to be only take out, I decided to go for it. I stepped inside and upon seeing the menu I realized this was no Chick-fila.
I ordered The Austin, an order of Cauliflower bites and a chocolate shake.
In short, there is room for improvement being new, but I enjoyed the food and I really like their approach. I told a couple of friends and they also had lunch at Birdigo the same day. I can't wait to hear their response.
