I go to this 7-11 almost everyday now. Very nice people, great customer service, always put customers first.

I forgot my wallet at home and was only getting my usual coffee and donuts. The lady at the checkout told me not to worry and paid for it on her card. Really nice gesture, service is truly great.

They have an amazing selection of breath mints. As a breath mint "expert", I find the inclusion of "Strawberry" mints to your line of Altoids is a bit of a differentiator for your company. Perhaps this is due to Pride month in which case I support your gay mints even more!

Basic gas station and convince store. Lots of choices of drinks and snacks. Staff is always friendly.

My friends and I love this place. We always go here to get slurpees and the staff are usually pretty nice. However, some really creepy people go here. One woman was extremely weird and was asking to borrow things from us. We immediacy left and did not come back for a long time. A little extra security would be nice.

When the Indian or Pakistani American workers are there, it's ran great. But, when there are not there. Loud hip hop music on the radio and it's pulling teeth to get someone to register.

Slurpee machine never is working, like ever, seems purposely.

All of their drinking fountain, slushee and coffe machines are ALWAYS broken and out of order. This is the only gas station that has late night slushees and such. Get it the F together! Y’all are super ratchet and are worse than any Seven Eleven in the greater CLE area

They need to toss there expired product. This is the 2nd time I bought expired product!

It's sad how everything in Solon is the worst of its kind. Worst BK in the country, worst Chipotle in the country, worst drivers in Cleveland. And now the worst 7/11. Went in 2 days in a row and they were out of Big Gulp cups. I can understand 1 day, but to not know after doing inventory that you need to stock up and being out of one of your best selling items 2 days in a row is a level of incompetence I can only be amazed by. To make things worse the 2 employees are lazy Gen Z losers that probably weren't qualified to work anywhere else.

I literally just had the worst most rude woman ring me up. I bought a refillable cup at another store and when she rang me up I let her know that I had actually purchased it at another store because she was not paying attention talking on her phone. When I let her know that the price was wrong she told me that she didn't really care and didn't give me my change back. I asked to speak to a manager and she just walked away from me. Needless to say I will be going up there in the morning to talk to somebody.

The manager is rude as hell. BEWARE if you use a credit card there. My fiance's card was hacked 2 days after going there. So please be careful

Worst place ever. Didn't give me a receipt so that I could cash in my car wash then rather than come out to the car when I called them, they wanted me to stop up the line and cone in to get the code. Hello, the back door is right here! Never again.
