Excellent customer service everyone was very helpful.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Lewis and Clark. I always get my propane tanks refilled here, you get more for your money.

I only come here to get my propane filled on my rv. I came during our winter blizzard, out of propane praying they might fill it up but also would be understanding if they wouldn’t because that means someone would have to come outside in this painfully freezing unbearable weather and stand there while filling my rv. The manager/owner of the store so graciously said yes with no hesitation. I was NOT expecting that. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond. He even remembered the town I drove in from, the last time. Amazing customer service!!

The employees at this Ace know their stuff. When you need help with a project or need a solution for a project at home, my suggestion is to stop up and talk to the employees at the Solon Ace Hardware. Not only can they explain how to fix a problem, but they can also point you to the correct product to get the job done.

Hands down better than Lowes or Home Depot. Great friendly employees that actually help you. Great stock too.

I have lived in Solon for 26 years and this is a great asset to our community! Everyone is so helpful and I never need to hunt for someone to assist me. I only use Benjamin Moore paint so every room in my home has been painted from product at Solon Hardware. The owner and team are very knowledgeable and a great resource for any project. Paul in the paint department has assisted me many times. You won’t be disappointed if you support Solon Hardware!!!

One of a few remaining hardware stores. Not the typical big box stores with the actual parts that are needed to do your own repairs. The staff is very courteous and helpful, also unlike the other places that will sell you a new one. My only real disappointment is that they will only replace a carburator with a new one and not rebuild the one that is on your equipment. But that's the way they do things now in this age of disposable everything.

This store is AMAZING! I have never encountered “a hardware man” as helpful and knowledgeable as the staff here in Solon! Above and beyond! “Ace IS the place with the helpful hardware man!” Thank you so much, Frank, for guiding me how to rewire my lamp.

If they don't carry it, you don't need it!

Great store. Went to get a piece of glass cut for a cabinet door. The gentleman in the glass cutting department was a master of his department. We told him what we needed and he went right on making it. You don't get the kind of service we received at the big box stores.

If I could give extra stars, I absolutely would! Jon helped me above and beyond what I ever expect in retail. You guys will be the first place I go for any hardware needs. Thank you so very much for Service that truly positively changed the way my weekend was going! A++!

They program car keys about as cheap as at cost...
Went to several places for a replacement but found them way cheaper than competitors...
If buying local is important give them your business.
