HANDS DOWN THE BEST DUNKIN IN ALL OF CINCINNATI OHIO ❤ The manager here is amazing to say the least, Tyler is his name & also the new manager in training, Angelica- amazing. The whole morning crew go above & beyond to make sure everything is too tier!

Literally the whole staff is kind, inviting, & truly care about their customers !! I've been coming to this location for a good yr & some change now & I will not go anywhere else. I literally can't say enough good things about this location ❤❤

We haven't been here in a really long time. We all got our favorite donut. Interestingly, though, each of my kids came out and had something to say about the guy working. One said he was distracted and didn't pay attention. The other stated he wasn't friendly and you could tell he didn't want to be there.

It’s hard to find a DDs with fresh doughnuts and great coffee all on the same visit but this place is it!!! Great service and awesome staff!

Out of all the Dunkin Donuts around the area its the best. They always make my coffee correct and never tastes burnt or old. They need to send a district manager there to learn what they are doing right and go show the others in the area the correct way to make coffees.

Staff here is very friendly, especially the one with pink and blonde hair, they always have exactly what I want, and I haven't been disappointed yet! 😁

Waited on by who I believe is the manager. Short hair blonde girl. Super friendly and speedy. Everything you could ask for in an employee. Great customer service skills. Watched he deal with what I would have called an anoying customer. Great job keep up the awesomeness ☺

The employees at this restaurant were so kind and polite to me. They didn't know, but I had been having a rough day and the women at the register greeted me with a smile. My order was recieved quickly, it was correct, and tasted great! Little did they know how much they made my day better. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will definitely be coming back.

This is the best Dunkin location, albeit usually busy. Food is made properly, cold brew is always made right and in stock, and employees are friendly and actually seem to enjoy their job. I can tell you from experience having this stuff every day, this is not what you'll find at every location. Keep up the good work.

Orders are usually made correctly and they are normally friendly to their customers. A issue is location. Land locked and designed for traffic is poor especially when busier times of day.

Had a great experience at this location was my 1st time visiting, the drive thru was long but steady. Most importantly our food was hot and fresh. Customer service was stellar.

I love this location and I truly believe the staff work super hard and my order has never been wrong. They can get super busy but never once do you see any frustration. The parking lot can get a little crazy though!

This location is absolutely great! I work across the street and I stop here 3 out of 5 mornings. There is always a line but, never a wait. The service is fast and friendly but, the food is ALWAYS fresh!

Best place in the world to get breakfast coffee and anything. Everything very clean employees or great very nice the food is delicious like always and I will never stop going there
