Kroger

The Bakery!!! This was the 4th Kroger that I went to. Colerain the printer was down, Forest Park no one was working, Hamilton Ave no one was working. North bend Road- Amy C. Was a life saver! Picture cake made the next day! She was extremely kind and busy! If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have the cake we truly wanted! Mostly disappointed in Kroger to operate in such a deficit. There are methods to take for your employees to come to work, like treat them like they matter! I wanted to tip Amy and she refused! But she deserved the biggest tip! Hopefully Kroger acknowledges her in someway! She deserves it!!! Thank you Amy C. From the bakery!

Found what I needed and didn't have to wait to pay.

I had an interesting experience at Krogers on the corner of Cheviot and North Bend in White Oak this evening. Two cashiers and one person monitoring one end of u-scan register. The u-scan line went down one aisle, turned the curb and started coming up the other aisle from the back. Needless to say the two cashiers were swamped also. I chose to get in line rather than use u-scan, something I was pretty sure I was going to regret. After visiting with some very lovely people in front of me in line for about 20 minutes, I noticed how calm we all were even though there wasn't a single one of us that wasn't tired of standing in line and anxious to go about our day. I realized that the demeanor of the people around me were influenced by the person leading the line - our hero and cashier - Breanne ! After what I'm sure had been a frustrating afternoon for her, she greeted us all warmly, corrected a price that rang up wrong, ask me if I had any coupons, reminded all of us to put our Kroger id number in the machine and thank each and everyone of us for shopping at Krogers. AND she did it all with a smile and an incredibly empathetic spirit. I have no doubt that people prior to our very calm group of customers, may have been harsh with her, blaming her for the long lines. I also have no doubt that she weathered it like a pro. Imagine my absolute shock when I found out she is in her first week (2nd day) as an employee of Krogers. For anyone that reads this that has any say so in the hiring and retention of Krogers employees, you better hold on to this one tight- she's going to do amazing things. Thank you Breanne for sending me home to my family feeling blessed by your presence. I promise I will pass on the positive spirit that you shared with all of us today!

I love this store, it's small and the people are nice. I can't imagine what they go thru with some of the public so demanding and ungrateful. Don't you dare make ME wait!!! I don't mind waiting sometimes things just happen and if I had nasty customers all day long I might just close up early too. It's a great little store get off your high horse and give it a decent chance

I love go to Pharmacy. The staff treat you so well. They are very understanding. They do everything in their power to get your meds approved.
I appreciate the way they treat me.

They are remodeling. The shelves here aren't too high and the aisles are pretty wide.

I miss going to this Kroger it's always been my favorite the people alone and a team that they have handpicked to work together are absolutely phenomenal at customer service, and they always have been. Especially during the holidays! They make it very easy on the customers and stay calm and keep everything under control. And we know how it can be during the holidays..

Update for 2018: Would ya look at that! They added a gas station! And the pharmacy still has the best service anywhere!

Original: Only two changes I'd make: if Kroger carried this one brand I like, and if this location had a gas station. Then it'd be perfect. The pharmacy here is the best though - I won't go anywhere else if I can help it!

I like the convenience and the fresh smell of food in the air. This store has changed a lot, and I think that it would be a great place to work or shop. This is in a quiet area in towne where people can enjoy their shopping without distraction.

Everything I needed was in stock and fresh, and the customers and employees were friendly.

Lots of food and other home related wares. Like, aisles and aisles of food! All conveniently organized so you see the things you didnt know you needed! Cool robot registers too!

This is our local Kroger Store and is heavy to our home; therefore we are personally known by many of the employees and treat us with very friendly way. Others are also very cordial and helpful to us.

Great if you want to self checkout or wait in line. Also has WiFi.

Very busy no carts inside, however every checkout lane was open. Plenty of staff on hand to help! Got in and out very quickly!

Always clean and efficient. Plus, my Kroger points help save me 03, 10 or up to . 030 cent off per gallon.

Solid Kroger. Very clean and well maintained. They have the build your own 6-pack of beer if you are looking for that. No liquor store however.

My favorite grocery store

All of the employees are always so friendly and patient and if you asked him a question where something is at they will walk you to it to make sure you find it so that's why I keep going back to the North Bend Road Krogers
