I went in for a scheduled oil change, but they didn't have me in the system for some reason, but I was taken in anyway. My car was serviced in a timely fashion, and the staff were very hospitable. I'll definitely return for my next oil change.

Came in with a pretty flat tire due to a nail. Guys got the tire fixed up quickly. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Definitely recommend this location.

They did a great job fixing an ongoing problem from a bad repair job from another shop. Eric made sure the job was done right! They are always honest and do a great job. It's also nice to get a loner vehicle at no charge.

The folks here do a fantastic job. I dropped my car off in the late morning. The problem was quickly diagnosed, I received a call later with a very good price, and the car was repaired the same day. My previous auto repair work here was performed just as admirably. Very fair prices and exceptional quality repairs.

I had a great experience with RadAir. I had a flat tire and didn’t have a spare so I had to purchase two tires. RadAir communicated with me frequently and consistently throughout, they worked well with my towing company and I felt like the price was fair. I appreciated how fast they got me my car back! I would definitely suggest them and come back for any tire needs!

My name is Francis and I worked with Eric, Manager of Rad Air in Garfield Heights, to repair and restore to road-ready condition, a vehicle that had been garaged for about 6 years (without ever being started). The car needed a new battery and new tires of course, but had also sustained impact damage with a curb or two, resulting in bent parts and rims, drastically effecting steering. I also thought it needed a clutch but testing by the Rad Air team confirmed that was not necessary.

Eric took care of everything, from finding me a locksmith to replace lost keys, arranging for the car to be towed to the Rad Air facility and then all matters related to the entire repair process. Communication throughout was fantastic, I was consistently updated about parts needed and expected repair timeline.

Clearly I was already impressed with the service I was receiving regarding the repair process then Eric ramped it up a couple of notches. Eric arranged for his assistant Kevin, to pick me up from my home, take me to the title bureau and then license bureau to obtain a 30 day tag, enabling me to legally drive to get an e-check before fully registering my car. Kevin continued to uphold the very high level of customer service and was very patient while I obtained all the necessary paperwork. Before leaving with my repaired and restored vehicle, Eric had one of his staff attach the 30 day tag to the inside of my rear window in a manner that wouldn’t damage the defroster when removed. The car drives great, quieter than I remember and I couldn’t be happier!

In conclusion, I highly recommend Rad Air in Garfield Heights for all things automotive repair related. Eric and his team got everything right, the big things and the little things and went above and beyond my very high expectations when it comes to customer service. Thank you.

I have a 2012 Chevy Tahoe the 1st time I went there I went for my air conditioning They fixed it now i have great air .. Had my breaks did Is but new tires from them Lower ball joints wheel bea....did now any thing breaks on my vehicle I go to rad air they never let me down in-and-out perfect job Perfect team

I’ve had my car serviced here for many years , they are the only people that I will let work on my car. The customer service and quality of work is 10/10. They will go above and beyond to make sure that the car is fixed and that the customer is happy. I would highly recommend having your car serviced here!

My car wouldn't start one morning and my husband suggested that I call Rad-Air, which he's done several business with them in the past. I called and explained to Eric (manager) the situation. He surprisingly said we'll come jump it and pick it up 😳. I was stoked. Never had I ever had this type of customer service when the shop offers to pick up your vehicle for service. I already planned on getting a tow. After diagnosing the issue, and rectifying the problem, they suggested another service that will extend the performance of the vehicle. The repairs were fixed expeditiously. Then they also picked me up when the repairs were completed. Now if this isn't excellent customer service at its best, I would highly recommend Rad-Air for any of your vehicles maintenance concerns. I'm a customer for life as long as I receive this type of treatment. Thank you Eric & Staff

This place is a life saver. I called on a Friday afternoon before a holiday expecting to hear I would have to wait until next week to get my brakes repaired. I was pleasantly surprised when Eric said if you can get your car up here I will get you in. The customer service was top notch! He explained what was wrong in a way that I could understand. I will definitely be be back if I need anymore repairs. I highly recommend you give these guys a try.

My antifreeze was leaking and I took my car here to get it fixed. Had it towed there at night and it was fixed the next day! Eric was very helpful and got my car fixed very quickly.
