Leaf and Ginger

Absolutely delicious food as well as super helpful and friendly staff. We got the falafel that came deconstructed with a side of GF bread and it was the best falafel we have ever had. It was flavorful and moist (falafel can often be dry at times). We also got the acai bowl and tabbouleh, which were also great. HIGHLY recommend Leaf & Ginger for yummy food.

I am vegan and this place is beyond satisfying. They have an entire side menu called “Vegan Delight” - cauliflower, veggies, hummus, etc as well as vegan sandwich, salad options. I had an amazing falafel wrap and coffee. the employees are so kind and the owner is the coolest. Definitely recommend!!

I stopped in for a quick take away smoothie which turned into also getting a sandwich! They are def a quality shop. Lot of other reviews comment on the price, which is why you get what you pay for. I got the chocolate smoothie which was delicious, the worker in there explained they use natural ingredients, etc and it tasted pure. I dropped it accidentally and they made a new one quickly and would not let me help clean. Very great service! The chicken shawarma sandwich was a special and it was so good. They are very kind and great quality food. I wish they did more advertising!

Great place for a healthy meal and courteous service. I can't believe this venue is not constantly packed. People don't know what they are missing.

From the moment you enter this establishment you will feel comfortable with how clean and cozy it is. The owner and staff are all very friendly and caring and easy going.

The drink list and menu is a lot bigger then other juice bars in the area and very creative mixes.

Once is not enough for this place and it’s my new favorite place downtown Wakefield.

They are OPEN 7 Days a week with great hours if you need an energy booster.

Mommy & I are So Excited to be back in Wakefield, MA and at the "Leaf & Ginger" for lunch. They have the Most Amazing Homemade Veggie Burger that we have ever had! The last time we were here, which was our first time ever, we had the veggie burger. Because it was "So Wicked Delicious", we got 2 to go! Which is what we did, again today! We Love the "Leaf & Ginger"! The Owners are Very Approachable and make it a Very Comfortable and Homey Place to Sit, Relax and Enjoy A Deliciously, Healthy Lunch! We Will Definitely Be Back!♡♡♡

Owner (or whoever was making our food) was so friendly and kind. My veggie burger was delicious and the tomato, mozzarella, pesto flatbread was also super good. We ate inside and enjoyed our smoothies too. This is a hidden gem in Wakefield that left us feeling energized and satisfied. Will definitely be back! Thanks!

10/10 Mediterranean. The My Goodness salad and Chicken Shwarma wraps were incredible. High quality falafel. Couple the great food with a vast selection of smoothies and juices and you have yourself a healthy and tasty meal. Will be recommending to all!

Leaf and Ginger is fantastic. If you’re looking for healthy/delicious/always fresh/feel good cuisine, this is the spot. Little tuck away in downtown Wakefield. The Turkey avocado panini was one of the best tasting sandwiches I’ve ever experienced. The Chocolate smoothie was outstanding and added vanilla protein powder to it.

Everything was great. We had cold press juices the detox and super green. Which were delicious. But the Falafel sandwich stole the show. That sandwich was soooooo good. Nice and warm, made fresh!

Recommend! Stopped on our way north for a quick lunch. Friendly atmosphere, fresh food!

First timer a few weeks ago nice health fresh ingredients and super tasty sandwiches.

Always tasty, fresh food was great service. Prices are not bad considering inflation AND fresh ingredients. The poor reviews in correlation to pricing are people eat Burger King and are trying a healthy place for the first time in their lives lol.

Delicious açaí bowl! Also tried the avocado toast with an egg and it was so fresh. Very friendly staff and all the food was amazing!
