I’ve been going here for 7 years and have always only had positive experiences. They’re always very helpful when I need to mail something weird and help me pick the right thing for my need. I accidentally grabbed an envelope that would’ve cost me like $30 to send when I meant to grab the cheap one and the guy asked me if that’s what I actually wanted before letting me start filling it out.

I think the negative reviews are really just about the postal service in general. This particular spot is great.

I've been going here for 25 years now. The staff is mostly warm & welcoming along with remembering their local customers. It has greeting cards, gift cards, wrap, decorative boxes, and so much more. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful along with friendly. Never had any issues with the store, and when I have issues with people sending mail to me, they help out. You can get passports here and a mailbox if you need one. It's definitely one of the better post offices around the city. Big shout out to the team for all their help throughout the years.

I had a great experience with one of the managers here, Wanda. A package of mine was incorrectly scanned and looping through the system. She was super nice and able to give me a surprising amount of info about my package. She told me to call her back the next day to check on it, but it was delivered to my house early the next morning. TLDR: Wanda is the best.

I placed an order from an out of town boutique who using usps for shipping. I had an alert that stated package was delivered, which was not(I was home sitting in front room). The next day I stopped by the Clifton /Fyler post office. The lady at the front desk had me write down tracking number and address. She didn't doubt my story, and went to check on it. She told me a manager was checking on it. I had my doubts. After a few minutes Marcus came out and said it was out for delivery. He told me to call back if it wasn't delivered or if I had any problems. After I got home later, the package was my door. Marcus was genuinely concerned and wanted to help. I had a great experience.

Always friendly and patient. I’ve never had to wait long.

I had a bad experience with a purchase and needed confirmation that a delivery was not made to my address. I provided the tracking number and dates, etc. My post office was great! They typed a letter for me to fax to my bank for the dispute. Excellent service!

My sister sent me a package and the letter carrier left me a slip, and the online computer site said they did not arrange deliveries on line, and when my husband went there to pick up the package they said it was too late and would have been sent back. Post office in California said they never got it.....so far, no stars at all.
I went in to ask for information on how to look for lost mail, and a wonderful helpful desk clerk named Reginald asked for my address, checked my ID, and brought me the package, safe and sound! He had the only working computer at the service desk, there were dozens of people waiting for help, and he never lost his cool. He stayed calm and friendly and got stuff Done! All by himself, he raised my rating from 3 teardrops to 5 stars.

I run a small e-commerce business so the USPS is a crucial part of my business! I visit this post office (my local post office) almost every day and am always greeted with a friendly wave or hello. The staff are overall very nice and helpful. I've never had any major issues with any of the hundreds of packages I've mailed.

So I was expecting a package, I decided to go in and ask them, to hold it, so I could come pick it up, well they said they would & then it accidentally got sent it out for delivery. Well, the supervisor Tom is awesome & very good at his job. He made sure he contacted the mailman that delivered in my area to let him know about the mistake & my package was brought back to the post office so I could pick it up. And he also called me to let me know what had happened. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Plus from the time I went in about my package til I picked up the staff was on point! Thank You!

Had a priority mail. Waited for the 2 ladies infont of me. Less than 2 minutes. The employee Zee was amazing. Thanking me for waiting and was just so personable. Keep up the good work.
P.S. please remember to "practice patience" these days.

I needed to drop off two packages. I’m he gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and took time to answer my question. There were a few people inside who were also friendly.

So I went their recently to mail something back return service and the man at the counter was excellent I didn't catch his name but he was AWESOME at helping me . I was so confused because I didn't know how to return a product and mail it out. . now as far as the mail people they SUCKS I never get mail EVER I never even see a mail person at my apartments . I'm sure I've had bills sent I never got if I'm lucky I'll get one piece of mail a month I don't even get coupons a
or junk mail I hate their mailing service I'd give them no stars !!! if I could

Went it to mail a package. The lady was very nice. I had a couple of questions, she explained the differences to me , I picked the way I wanted to mail my package & out the door I went. The service was quick . The place was clean. Just the way I like it !!! 😊 I will definitely go back there, versus going to the Maplewood post office. They aren't very friendly there . 😝.

Wowza, a lot of complaints here. My visits were simple, needed stamps, letters envelopes and sent my stuff. Issue free. Some dude said they threw his package 10 feet lolololol. Man I've been in supply chain and logistics for 13 years, and even applied for a postal job 8 years ago. For the hell these people through to get in a building position, I find it unbelievable that happened. I added a star to compensate

Zee helped me out for my first time sending a money order. Seriously give this worker a promotion, a raise or clone her so we can have a great worker like her at every location. Very friendly and helpful!

I have no reason not to give 5 stars. Now although I don't really have the need to go inside the post office to do business anymore but I can honestly say Everytime I've been here I haven't had any issues. Everyone was nice and helpful and I got in and out fairly fast.

I had a very lovely experience here. The man was very friendly and very helpful. My package was sent in a timely manner and I walked out of there feeling grateful I had a nice post office so close with wonderful service and very little wait.

AWESOME customer service. ALWAYS polite and respectful. NEVER had any issues in the 12 years I've been going there. Job well done!!

Employees have always been helpful to me, I try to be courteous and prepared and patient when I go in, and find they treat me the same. This branch has been above average for me relative to others here and in other cities.

I just dropped a letter today but when I need to use the lobby I always have a good experience
