First of all, they use an autoclave to sterilize the implements used to perform pedicures and manicures. An autoclave is used in surgical environments to prevent cross contamination from person to person. There are very few salons in the city offering this level of sanitation.

I have been coming here for about 2 years for pedicures only. Not only is this place clean, both nail technicians are very professional and they take good care of my 95 year old mother. She loves coming here!

Love this place! I have been going for a few months now and always have a wonderful experience. I wanted to share my experience with the new Covid-19 measures in place.

The place was extremely clean. Upon entering they check your temperature and have you wash your hands. Everyone is expected to wear a mask (even customers). They have clear patricians up so you are a safe distance. I felt completely safe the entire time!

My daughter and I visited The Natural Nail Spa for pedicures this past weekend and it was SO nice! Clean, neat, relaxing setting and super friendly people! I would highly recommend this nail Spa to anyone searching in the Columbus area! Priced just right and thankfully just a beat away from the crowds of Polaris Mall.

This salon and spa is by far a leader in the industry. With years of experience their expertise, knowledge and customer care is unmeasurable. I absolutely love this nail salon. Clean, and professional!!! I have had problems with other gel polish systems, but the Orly Gel FX that is used here is awesome. I definitely get 3 weeks out of my mani (and I work in a profession that requires frequent hand washing).

I really enjoy getting my nails done here. And when my gel manicure started chipping a week after I got it done, they had me come in and gave me a completely new manicure for free! I'm a loyal client at this point.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. had a small problem with my nails the first time i got them done which was probably my fault for not saying anything but went back and they fixed my nails. I will definitely recommend this place will be going back for my balance in a couple weeks.

Nice little cozy place. I liked the idea of the "Natural" spa, and it smelled really nice in there due to lack of any harsh chemicals. It was very clean and the prices are pretty reasonable too. I've already recommended this place to quite a few people.
