Jordan Baker-Horn, DO

Dr Baker has a great bedside manner. She is intelligent, caring and easy to talk with. But most importantly she gets results. She has made same day follow ups on the phone. I find that rare in a doctor. I know she is taking me as her patient seriously.

I am so surprised at bad reviews! Dr. Baker-Horn is so caring and she takes time to actually listen to concerns. It seems she has all the time in the world for just you, her current patient. I’ve never had to wait and always leave feeling actually taken care of. And I think her MA is just as good! I recommend Dr. Baker all the time!

I saw Dr. Baker-Horn recently and she was promtp, pleasant, and thorough. She addressed my concerns, prescribed medications, and referred me to a specialist. She also addressed an unrelated, additional concern that I mentioned when scheduling the appt, but that must not have made it into the notes. I appreciated the time she gave and I was very pleased with the care I received.

As we get older and have to find new doctors, it's hard. I highly recommend this doctor - she was warm, caring, smart, and listened. I feel I'm in good hands. Reviews help me, passing along my thoughts to help others.

Other than running a bit late to the appointment time, I thought Dr. Baker Horn was thorough in her examination and friendly. I’m setting up new care and I’m hoping for a good working relationship as I work to improve my health.

She is uninterested in her patients, lazy in her care. When asked a question, she spouts book learning but does not ask pertinent questions that would allow treatment of individual patients. I once saw her for a serious concern and she didn’t ask even one question about my symptoms or concerns. She refuses to write regular prescriptions without an office visit, even for short terms to cover patients until a scheduled visit. She should not be in practice.

I wish I could give her a big zero rating. Worse doctor ever. No personality, very cold and acts as if you're bothering her. Her m.a. is just as bad. Horrible example of University Hospitals care givers. She could care less. I advise everyone to avoid this so called physician.

I would never recommend this physician to anyone. Horrible bedside manner and she acts like you’re inconveniencing her. She sent in the wrong medication to my pharmacy TWICE. I switched physicians after that. Would never trust her giving care to my dog let alone humans.

She will not allow her patients to discuss any thing other than what they specially made their appointment for. She will literally cut you off and tell you she will not discuss any other symptoms.. I am looking for a new PCP... Rediculous... I don't trust her with my family..
