The staff are exceptional!! Clean facilities and wonderful employees. They take the time to listen to any concerns and don’t rush you out the door. In addition, prices are awesome. It’s my “go to” vet for sure!!

My family and I absolutely love Cold Spring Animal Clinic!! We have two dogs and a cat who we have been taking since 2021. The staff and veterinarians are always the most kind people. You can tell they really care about your pets. We especially love Dr.Martin, she is amazing at what she does! You can rest assured that Cold Spring will have your pets best interest in mind. The facility is always clean and the phones are always answered. Even after hours, when we have a pet emergency, if they are available they will help us as much as possible. Cold spring animal clinic is awesome. I have three dogs & they got one of my dogs into surgery super fast! They always answer the phone even after office hours. 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a vet that cares. The staff has been over the moon amazing. Words cannot express how grateful I am to be a customer!

Thank God for this loving staff in our time of need!! My 15 year old dog was bit by the neighbor's dog and we took him in with a punctured lung and broken ribs holding him in a bloody towel. He was suffering and in pain. The technician jumps up and runs to me comforting me as I'm bawling my eyes out. We were not previous customers here and no questions were asked. They handled everything with great care and compassion. Unfortunately, my dog had to be put down but they were so great with him wrapping him in a blanket making him comfortable until his last breath. Thank you to this wonderful staff and vet for making this horrible experience the best it could possibly be.

Dr. Martin and all the staff are wonderful. I have been taking my dogs and cats there for several years! Highly recommend. They are incredibly compassionate and they treat your pets like their own.

Dr. Martin and staff are extraordinary! They took amazing care of Gracie, my 16 year old baby (Cat). All of her staff are caring and knowledgeable. They even offer home visits at a very reasonable cost. After hour care is also great!

These people are great! It’s easy to schedule because Dan is always on the ready! Dr. Martin is so knowledgeable and caring of my dogs health.

Our 10yr old Lab suddenly got sick. It was a Sat morning and she made a turn for the worse. She was in horrible pain and needed to be euthanized. Although there were no vets working on Sat.Dan made some calls and one vet came in to help our girl.
We are very thankful for all they did!

These people are dedicated to you, your concerns, and your pet's health care! My cat got her spay incision infected and got a respiratory virus all at once, she was so very ill and breaking my heart. With their attentive professional help, this clinic gave my playfull kitten a fighting chance! She is perfectly back to normal now❤ Thank You!

Amazing!!! Words cannot express how amazing the Cold Spring Animal Clinic is, everyone there are kind, knowledgeable, caring etc. They treated us like we were family, and took the best care of my Tito that anybody has EVER done. They are super close to where I live now but if I ever move I would drive hours for an appointment there because I will never go to other veterinarian again, they have my business for life.

I had an emergency with my dog, and was not a client of this clinic. I reached out for help, and they found time in their busy schedule to help. They stayed after hours, when I'm sure they wanted to go home after a busy day.

More unbelievable, in the middle of the evening, I received a text telling me they found the cause of my pet's problem. It was hours after closing time. I asked how they solved it, and found that they had stayed late running tests! Outstanding 👍

Excellent! Animal care services, customer service and communication. From what I have experienced there, the staff are compassionate and empathetic. They will take the time to engage you in a conversation about options for treatment to keep your animal healthy.

I can't say enough about this vet. They helped me so much when another vet was pushing me to euthanize my cat for an obstruction in her intestine. I was frantically calling every vet in town get her into affordable, emergency surgery. They originally said they were completely booked, but the receptionist told Dan about my issues, he gave me a call that night and she was in the next day. The veterinarians determined that she did not need surgery and just another simple procedure. They worked with me and squeezed her in the schedule. Since then, they have been my go to for my pets and my family's pets. Prices are affordable. The entire staff are nice, caring and knowledgeable. I don't know if my cat would be here without them and I'm forever grateful for what the staff did to help us!

If you love your pet this is the place to choose! I had a dog a few years ago that had to be put down from old age. They showed her so much love. They turned a devastating thing into something manageable. This week, I had a dog diagnosed with Parvo. They literally spent so much resources on me and my dog. They treated him, loved on him, educated me. They made his life possible. I was terrified of losing my boy, I absolutely love this place. I love that they are honest, and I love that they fight for your pets. I kid you not this is the place to go. They will spend time with you and take all of your questions/worries into consideration. Thanks to them, my boy is strong and almost completely back to normal! Who can say that about a normal vet? They helped my baby survive Parvo!!! I am eternally grateful for them! They check up on him often! I love you guys! Thank you so much!!

Update: Dr Martin saved my puppy when he got parvo, she is an amazing doctor, and I was a wreck, not only did she save my dog she was kind towards me and my family.

I've been taking my animals to see their staff for a very long time. They are patient with me, flexible when money is tight and will always keep your animal's best interest a priority.

Saved our dogs life!!!!

Dr. Martin, Dan and Britten and the rest of the staff saved our dog’s life. They provided outstanding service. They work long hours and pour themselves into their patients. Without them we wouldn’t have our Dashy. I highly you recommend you bring your fur babies here if you need any kind of vet services. Our family will forever be thankful for this staff.
