We walked into the store this afternoon and Michelle happened to be the person that approached us and asked if she could help us. I told her we were looking to replace (upgrade) our wedding rings. She immediately went into action, showing us everything we wanted to look at - even the same things more than once. Every little request I had of something I’d like to see in a ring, she produced options for me to look at. I don’t even know how long we were there, but it was a long time, and she never once made us feel like we needed to hurry up and make a decision.

We've had a great experience with our local Kay Jewelers. Michelle, Jaye, and a couple of others helped us with rings. They were very friendly and gave great service. We looked at a lot of rings multiple times. They indulged in a lot of our questions. I highly recommend going in to see them.

I cannot say how happy I am with the service provided to me by Jaye ant Kay Jeweler's at the Indian Mound Mall location. I asked if he had a particular ring in stock, which he didn’t, but he called around and was able to get it into the store for me. I fell in love with it and Jaye went above and beyond to help me get it. I was able to upgrade my original ring for this one!! Jaye and Michelle, along with the entire staff at this location are wonderful!! Never pushy, always honest and always make themselves available for any and all questions or concerns . They remember their guests and always make us feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend coming into this store and speaking with him or any of the staff. I have bought jewelry from several different stores but Kay is the best. Sales staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The Neil Lane collection is what first brought me into Kay and honestly, i have not shopped anywhere else since then. A special thank you to Josh at the Heath location. This young man was very helpful and even put a rush on my order to ensure it arrived by the day of my 10th wedding anniversary. Definitely a well run and well staffed store.

Every time me and my boyfriend have ever gone to look at rings, every place we go to makes us feel pressured to buy the ring same day. I had the complete opposite experience at Kay jewelers with Lindsay and Michelle. They are so sweet, helpful, kind, and truly care about your needs for an engagement ring/other rings. They take as much time as you need looking at options and even made me a wishlist for when my boyfriend comes in to buy the ring! Michelle at Kay’s (Heath) has been very helpful after my daughter had a bad experience at the Zanesville store. She took care of my daughter and helped her with her online return with no problem.
I have been a long time customer with Kay’s Jewelry for many years. That’s why my daughter decided to go to Kay’s in the first place. I hate that her first Kay experience at Zanesville was a bad one, but I’m glad it led us to Michele at the Heath location because she is knowledgeable, and caring.
My family will always continue to be long time customers of Kay’s as long as you have managers out there like Michelle that actually care about the customer.

I bought a diamond necklace online and it arrived just a few days prior to Christmas with a damaged chain. I went into the retail store and dealt with Jay and one of the ladies and they installed a new chain. They saved my Christmas present. They are a great group of folks who went above and beyond taking care of me.

The gentleman Josh was a big help. We ordered some watches and there was an issue with getting our warranties, he found a solution to get things situated. He was a big help and the rest of the crew was friendly and of assistance as well.

I have been a customer with kays for years and had an issue, the manager katheena helped me and she was a breath of fresh air ! Her customer service skills were absolutely wonderful she was sweet and very professional I wish there were more people like her !
