Dunkin's Diamonds experience was Fantastic! Everyone was very polite and kind. I went in to initially put a chainlink on my watch and I needed batteries on a couple of my other watches which a young man had helped me. He was very nice and had a warm smile. A beautiful lady with a welcoming smile...helped me pick out a pretty pendant and necklace for my niece. She was very helpful and sweet. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who enjoys fine jewelry and a warm smile! The last time I walked in here was almost 25 years ago. I do not shop much, but I bought my mother an opal ring when I got married. It was a special gift for her. They were as pleasant and helpful then... Thank you all so much for giving me a wonderful and memorable experience.

They were very nice and easy to work with. Even though they didn't have the necklace in stock , they located one and had it there in a couple of days. They notified me as soon as it arrived. I picked it up ,and we had the necklace and matching earrings in less then a week. My wife absolutely loves them. I will definitely do business with them again. Thank you very much.

They were great! Gave us a good trade in and purchase 1 carat diamond earrings. Plus received a dozen roses and candy. Everything wrapped in one. Anniversary and Valentine’s Day. Loved it

I had called about a mailed advertisement and received great customer care. The item I wanted was not in stock so they checked with other locations and found it. They sent it to Heath and I picked it up along with the roses at Valentine’s Day. My wife likes the necklace very much. I appreciate everything.

Great customer service , by all Salesmen ( most notable jeweler Chris ) All were very polite and informative , . They displayed great attention to detail , knowledge of the jewelry being sold . The staff treats ne like family while maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism . Products are beautiful and I’m very happy with my purchase . I also loved how I did not feel pressured to buy something but was allowed to browse the store and ask questions without feeling like I was an inconvenience. I so uld shop here again !

I love this store and its people. I appreciate the military discount. I havent bought from any other major jewelry store since I was in school for the Army back in 1996. It was great helping my son with his wedding rings so many years later.

I only purchase my jewelry from Dunkin’s! The heath location has amazing staff and a very large selection of jewelry to chose from! Kris has been my sale associate for 5 years now and he has been amazing through all of my purchases! From my wedding set that he helped my husband design to my daughter’s first “real “ diamond ring when she was 11! I will always be a loyal customer to Dunkin’s and to Kris!

I always have a great experience at Dunkin Diamonds Heath Ohio store. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from them and have used them to fix some. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Kris is great. He remembered the original ring I bought my wife Debra 30 years ago. The ring I got this time was of much greater value, but was treated the same way I was 30 years ago. He made me feel important this time just like I did when I bought the original.

Very kind and helpful staff. I needed a watch band adjusted (special tool needed), let me know the time frame before it could be done as the person who did this was with another customer. I appreciated the honesty and respectful way I was treated. I was able to go and do another item came back and we were done!!! Super. Will certainly make them my jeweler!!
