Went to here to make an exchange on a ps4 controller that I had a warranty on. Received assistance right away. There didnt have a controller available so the service person ordered one for my son. The service person was friendly and courteous and answered all my questions effectively.

We always have came to GameStop at some point as our boy's our growing up and I have never really had a problem with anything I have bought. When The boys were younger we had the rewards program. Now that they're older we don't because we don't go there as much. But the rewards program is a great thing to have.

Was able to walk in and get the game system I wanted. Did not try to upsell. Good customer service

The Heath store always has the best displays, stock of games and additional products. The employees are courteous, experienced and yet relaxed. They carry on a legacy of a great experience from the old Electronic Boutique days in the mall.

Went in to find a DS game or two and instead I find a product that I've been looking for wild bounty to be correct to my surprise it's an actual retail market price and not marked up past the MSRP since Wizards of the Coast what all stores be able to Market has their own price a quick example is Arcane Tempo that came out almost two years ago is $31 versus it should be marked at 20 otherwise I I'm very happy that I found the product save me the time and effort to track it down online and order it and pay more than I would like or have to wait till it's cycled into print circulation later next year

The store is 100x better than its Newark counterpart. The girls working are not only cute but very knowledgeable about the games AND what electronics are compatible with each other. Very customer orientated, they will help with getting you the best deal and promotions that are currently available.

Employees here are super friendly and have recommendations if you ask! Store is always cleaned and we'll organized. Manager at this location was very social and pleasant.

The staff and service are GREAT! I didn't know any of these guys before I moved here but they make me feel like I've been visiting for years.

It's actually nice to go to since my internet is extremely slow and steam doesn't download fast enough. And it's also great since the staff actually knows what they're doing and what they're talking about. Where else are you going to find a staff that's actually passionate about their work especially in the field of Gaming. And as far as deals go as long as you have a power card you'll almost always find one. I found an Xbox controller for only $20.

i ventured in to trade my xbox one console, and met a very friendly cashier name Meaggan. it was delightful to talk with her about my concerns and she relayed very awesome suggestions and tips. I ended up buying Thor’s Hammer prop, which we joked about for a time. Again Meaggan was very helpful. She Deserves a raise in pay or an award for outstanding customer service skills.

Best gamestop I've been to. I have three around me but this one just makes my day everytime i go in, employees are really nice to talk to and you can't complain on the price for what they are told to use. Good people, and Alex needs a raise along with a couple other employees they bust their butts to make sure that store is fantabulous.

I've shopped at this particular Gamestop for a long while now and have yet to have any sort of bad experience. Alex the manager and his staff always seem to be knowledgable and willing to answer any questions. I will actively go out of my way to preorder games at this store in particular for this reason. They do like to move things around in the store kind of often it seems so things aren't always in the same place but because of this I've noticed merchandise in the store I previously didn't. Overall I really dont have anything bad to say about this location. If you have to go to Gamestop for something this is the store to go to.
