Carter and Eli are amazing and very helpful! They have great customer service skills and are a pleasure to work with! I will be back to this Troy store. These two need a raise!

Went in with a broken phone, Carter hooked me up with a new one within 10 mins. Same color and everything, I highly recommend this place. Customer service is amazing.

Julian the store manager is amazing.Went in to get tech help with my phone and he helped but also gave me the option to get a new phone and all the fixin's with great deals. Go see him if you need anything. A++++, 5 stars but would give more if I could.

I went in to get my phone serviced because it had been running a little slow. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a kid named “Eli” he knew exactly how to help me with great respect. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time with an AT&T store. I recommend this store to anyone! Go in and get serviced. Very great customer service!! Also very amazing deals!!

Outstanding business. Elijah held the door for me when I arrived, and both representatives were very respectful. I had an issue with my phone which was fixed within five minutes of arriving at the store.

I came in with a couple questions about my plan and Julian and Elijah made it feel like I was asking friends for help. Helped answer every question and just made the whole experience a good time. I have several AT&T stores near me and stopped by theirs when I was up north, but I will make the 30 minute trip, every time, for that service.

I was visiting from out of town, when my daughter decided to use my phone for a boat while taking a bath 🤦‍♀
I walked in on Friday night at 7:50, they close at 8, and the representative was more than gracious! Went over all my options, prices, etc. She was so helpful and set up the phone for me, so I could pick up the next morning. More than happy with the service given. She definitely went above and beyond! Thank you!!

I came in to the Troy location to switch from Verizon to AT&T. Madison and A.J. helped tremendously! I had to bring my son with me and they were so patient with me while trying to juggle switching providers and my son. I highly reccomend coming to this location . Their staff is amazing !
