Dunkin'

The drive thru attendant was so energetic and friendly, and just seemed to give us warm, lovely energy! I've never enjoyed going through a drive thru before... Especially before my coffee 🤣🤣

The Coffee is Great an the Staff is even better than the Coffee. I absolutely love my Cold Brew Crew they help make every day an amazing Start."You get back what you put into the Universe"

As a kid. I have always seen their commercials (time to make the donuts) but never lived close enough to one to try it. Now that one opened close to me and I could try it. I have loved their donuts ever since. My whole family, actually. Mom and dad love their munchkins. Wife, father & mother-in-law love their coffees, and my brother and I love all their donuts.

Basically, they have something for everyone.

I’ve always got what I paid for! I love this location, to me, it’s better then the one in beavercreek lol. All of the employees are awesome, but there is one employee that stands out! Drew!!

What an incredible gem in our town! Every single person there has been personable, professional, and they must like their jobs and their leadership. I held off going because I didn’t want to eat too many donuts, but there are healthy choices that work for me too! Thank you, Fairborn Dunkin!

Moved into the neighborhood and now get coffee a couple times a week when I never did before. Lol. Staff is always nice. Considering how often I go, there is a couple times they forget a thing or two but always make it right. Clean store and tasty drinks/ eats.

Great service, and the drive-thru is pretty quick. Food is good, whether it is a bagel or breakfast sandwich. The coffee is a little expensive, but if you visit frequently, there is a mobile app that has coupons, and you can accumulate points to earn rewards and free food. My kids love going to get munchkins and frozen drinks like iced chocolate and peach tea refreshers.

This is my favorite Dunkin' donut people are there they're wonderful, they greet you with respect with a smile, and they may make a joke or two like always... my favorite person there her name is Drew, there's a few others but I can't remember all their names but I love this Dunkin' donut I drive very far just to come and see them but I love this Dunkin' Donuts they Rock!! 5 stars for you guys you work very hard... and your Donuts are always stacked and ready to go and always fresh.❤🧡💛💚💙💜💯

Girl named Molly went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of...

Shout to the Fairborn Dunkin' employees working Saturday, September 3, 2022 @ 10am. We were there when it was very busy both in the drive thru, inside, & mobile orders.
I watched another customer come storming in, loudly ask a worker to "put a cream in my coffee cause she didn't do it!" Proceed to put her cup over the wall & the spill all the contents of her very hot coffee onto the workers & the orders they were getting ready for others. She burned at least one worker & did a huge no no in the way of food safety by passing her cup back to them. That is a health code violation which apparently that customer doesn't seem to realize. She made Dunkin' lose food on account of her foul actions. The Dunkin' workers handled her with grace, a good attitude, & care.
I am glad I witnessed that incident as it showed how well the Fairborn Dunkin' employees handle difficult customers with politeness. Keep up the good work guys!

Great customer service! We ordered the wrong donut but they cheerfully gave us the correct one without charge. The coffee is so smooth & tasty. Donut prices aren't too high.
***Edit on 4-9-2021*** This Dunkin' has some of the best customer service around. Even when the drive thru line circles the building and is out to the street they always get orders correct. Thank you!

Great job! From the cashier to the manager, the staff took care of us. We had a larger group but the folks behind the counter did fantastic. It goes to show that good employees learn from the top down. Thanks to the manager Kelly and his hard working crew! We will definitely return to this Dunkin!

It's a heck of a lot better than Starbucks. Trust me when you get infatuated over dunkin (and it's not hard) everyone else in the coffee field just tastes off. The staff is welcoming and kind. I already recommend this location to anyone. They're amazing
