I purchased a Yamaha RevStar Guitar from Guitar Guys online. They upgraded the guitar with a Bone Nut and also a custom Plek setup on the guitar. The guitar arrived in perfect condition. The workmanship was impeccable.

Initially I thought the guitar had an electrical problem (it didn't). I'll spare you the details, but while we were trying to figure out the issue Brandon assured me that they would cover the cost of any repairs that might be needed.

Turns out the issue was on my end and no repairs were necessary, but I greatly value their attitude and willingness to make it right.

I would definitely purchase from again and would recommend this seller.

A hidden gem for guitars in Central Ohio! Their selection of guitars is excellent and I was able to play the bass guitar of my dreams before my purchase. The staff was helpful but gave me space and time titry out different guitars. I will be back!

Edit: Recently bought a EHX Bad Stone pedal online and had a great experience. Very reasonably priced, brand new box, and came 2 days early. Super high quality.

Just starting out or a seasoned veteran, these guys have you covered for gear and accessories. I stopped in not knowing more than what kind of guitar I just got. I wish I had gotten the employees name that helped me so he could be properly thanked. Amp, cables and a new strap all at amazing proces.

Knowledgeable, professional, and a personable staff that actually cares. Bought 2 guitars here and had them work on at least 5 others. Completely satisfied. Selection is top notch, widely varied and eclectic. Guitar Guys doesn't just carry guitars; there are drums, amps, accessories, pedals, etc. There are also lessons offered for a wide variety of instruments. It's well worth the trip to bypass the big chain stores and go here instead. The difference is incredible.

Used Syncrony Bank at Guitar Guys to purchase a Boss Katana MKII 50, footswitch and trs cable. Brandon took about 5 minutes to get approval and load it in my car. Easier than ordering fast food. Same prices as the online bigshots. Better people too. But local!! Guitar Guys has it all so you can make an informed decision.

Amazing place! Good people and excellent prices! Went down there to have my Ace Frehley Epiphone Signature guitar Setup with low action, intonation and truss rod adjustment and its never sounded this good!!!! Thank you guys! Will stop by in the future for more setups!

The store itself has pretty much everything you could want. From beginner guitars to professional grade gear, tons of pedals, tons of amps, and tons of guitars. There’s definitely something in there for everyone.

Guitar Guys are the best! My son has been taking lessons from Ed since June. My son just loves going to lessons. Ed is patient and a wonderful teacher. All of the employees were super helpful this past Christmas when I had questions about some items and accessories I wanted to buy for my son.

First time visitor. Great selection of guitars, amps and pedals. Staff is friendly and easy, not at all judgemental or pushy, like some other chain stores. It is nice to find stores like this still in existence. Definitely worth a stop!
