Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

This place is great! I have never been there before, but my tire was flat and needed fixed. They took me right away, patched and balanced the tire at no charge. The people there are really nice.

Our daughter was dealing with a flat spare tire after work (her car had a flat the day before and hadn't had a chance to get it taken care of yet). After a few texts from her and phone calls by me to help her to find a tow service/tire service (as she was afraid her phone was about to die, including a second call to the shop because I somehow had her location wrong at first). We live about 30 minutes from where she works, and she doesn't know the area well. I found Tire Choice Auto Service online, and they were about 10 minutes from her, and they came to her rescue. They told me to cancel the tow and they'd take care of her.

They took her tire back to the shop, fixed it, and brought it back to her. Can't thank them enough for their amazing customer service! They were a huge blessing on a very crazy day!

I got my brake pads replaced and I was also told about other improvements that needed to be done to my vehicle and how they can help. Mr. Matthew Ferron was extremely thorough and efficient. In my opinion he's such a major asset to the company.

I.have used their service for several years. Most recently bought a new car. They easily looked at it when I was worried about the engine and were willing to.change the tops (jeep wrangler) for.a.fair price. Today had an oil change and had a tire problem. Matthew stayed past closing to.ensure it was repaired correctly. It was quick and he also made sure I saw the problem was corrected. Highly recommend Tire Choice in Painesville. Great experience, awesome group of guys. Called while driving through chardon and asked if they had time to put a valve stem in, Matt was very professional and fit me right in. Amongst the obstacles of getting my truck on the lift, he got me out the door and driving better than ever. Thanks guys. Definitely have my business in the future.

Stopped in out of nowhere on a busy Saturday to get a tire replaced that I popped at the track and they got me in and out within 20 minutes, the guys there are super cool and care for the customer, shared some laughs and paid happily, 10/10 recommend for anything car care related. Thanks again!

This place was great!!! The manager was amazing and offered many upgrades which I accepted at a discount rate and I'm sure glad I did!!! He had my car running good as new!!! That's a photo of what he took out on the left and replaced it with to the right of it. He even looked up my carfax to let me know it had never been done before..... 😬!!!!

The gentleman there patched my tire for free. Helped me align my tires and hooked me up with a good tire to get back home. the guys there really helped me out. 10/10 recommend if you have tire needs. good guys. Matt the store manager really took care of me in my time of need.

Wow!!!! Great service Matt, Carl and Geo... So many great things to say about these guys. I've been a customer for 25 years and would not go anywhere else. Matt and Geo are very professional, and accommodating. They truly care about the safety of there customers.

Matt the store was manager was absolute amazing. Best service I’ve ever received on my car. He brought my car in with 10 minutes to close and fixed all the problems without hesitation. He’s amazing and generous. I appreciated the help so much. Highly recommend this store. If I could give a 10 star review I absolutely would!!!!!!!!

My tire was losing pressure so I stopped in at Tire Choice to see if they could fit me in & take a look. Matthew greeted me outside, took a quick look & said "no problem". My car was immediately driven into a bay where they got the tire fixed and sent me on my way within a half hour. I was impressed with their customer service and ability to get my problem resolved quickly. I will definitely be going back there!

Matt at my local Tire Choice was awesome! He gave me great advice on my front brakes and wheel bearings. Matt answered every question that I had. This is not my first visit there. Each time I've gone there for oil change , tires or whatever Matt and his crew are great to work with! Keep up the good customer service fellas! I'll be back!!

Customer service was excellent! Matt and Geo were extremely entertaining while maintaining professionalism. I made a same day appointment online, Matt took my vehicle in right away and pin pointed the issue right away. Then they were able to repair it while we waited. Amazing. Will definitely return.

We are from Florida and were visiting Painesville, OH. Somewhere on the trip my right rear tire picked up a screw that caused a slow leak. The Manager at Tire Choice got me right in and fixed the tire for free. Excellent service. If I ever need new tires in Painesville, this will be my first choice.

There awesome was able squeeze me in real quick an take my bad t8re off an mount my new one out an looked out on the price was there less than ,20 mins def recommend them and they have ways to get all brand new tires with out having to pay all the cost at once

We had a flat tire right before wanting to leave fof a family vacation the next day. Geo was able to quickly patch the tire and make sure we were ready to go along with assuring my wifs that the tire was safe for travel. Thank you.
