I had the best customer service last night. A woman named Liz was the best help. So kind, so helpful, went the extra mile to take her time explaining certain things with me. She was amazing with my daughter. If I could give this woman 10 stars I would. She definitely went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be coming back just for her!

So sad the location is getting out of business... Love the store. A bit on the expensive side, but coupons were handy. Well...

SO CLEAN AND LOVE THE STREAMED LOOK. That being said, too many blah colors for a wild color lady. Large parking lot and exit by a light is easy. I did find lots of electrical things to buy......heel buffers, nose clippers, etc.

Love, love, love this retailer. Always have what I'm looking for. Friendly staff and very helpful if I can't find something, which is rare. Coupon savings and in store specials are the best. Will go back again and again! Always a great shopping experience!

Ever since I started to learn how to cook by getting everyplate, I have been going here alot. Very easy to spend well over $100. So just learn how to budget. I got a nice 3 piece knife set and sharpener for less than $40. I will add they didn't have a cast iron pan that I liked. So I'll get that elsewhere.

My fiance and I are doing our wedding registry here and they are very helpful. They practically set up everything for us and we just got pick what we liked. Very hastle free and they have some great products in their store.

Store manager Holly was great today. She honored a commitment given to me by an online CSR for a 20% off price adjustment on a $900 item that they subsequently rescinded AFTER I bought $800 of giftcards to pay for it. Two other online CSR reps said there was nothing they could do, sorry I was given bad information! I was unable to speak with a supervisor. I was getting nowhere with them, so I went to my store, and Holly made things right. She placed the order for me, and I was on my way. Outstanding service in the Mentor store!

Wow! What a great shopping experience at BBB. Originally had ordered a coffee grinder online for curbside. Went inside to actually look at it for size before I picked up my online order. Noticed a 10.00 difference in price. Despite the long lines and heavy traffic in store The Online Customer Rep., Manager took care of me with no delay or hassle and adjusted everything for me and credited my card back the balance. This is also a very well organized clean store. Excellent! 10 stars to the Floor crew, csr and management.

Did our wedding registry and the staff was fantastic. Left us alone for the most part but checked in every once in awhile to make sure we were doing ok and to make some suggestions. They had obviously read through our registry and made some good suggestions and were very honest when we picked an item that wasnt going to work very well for us. Overall amazing service.

Anytime I can't find something at another store I come here and they have it (my most recent visit was for Sterno). I don't know why I just don't go here first. :-) The employees are crazy friendly and helpful.

The team is friendly. It is well stocked. It has good parking. And in case what you bought is a gift for someone they have an area where they supply wrapping paper and tape for you to wrap the gift. There is no charge for this.

After going to one department store and two home stores trying to find mini blinds I was finally able to find them at Lowe's. They had the size I needed and I checked out without waiting in line

Neat and well stocked. Lots of clearance merchandise right now. We went in here for curtains and got exactly what we needed. We just have to do a size exchange.

Bed, Bath, & Beyond may be more expensive (or most often exactly the same price as Wal-Mart after you apply the coupon) but their return/exchange policy is the best of any store I've ever had to use in my life. I returned a gift to Wal-Mart just so I could buy it at BB&B for the exact same price just so I'd have their return policy instead of Wal-Mart's.

EDIT: I hear they recently changed their return policy. When I verify, that will severely impact my rating. Price and selection are certainly lacking for it to be deserving of 5 stars.

Not located in my area anymore. Traveled far distance. Shelves well stocked. I love to visit this store. Prices are reasonable. Location is far.

Not too many left... They still have the soda stream cartridges. Very bright and well organized.

Customer service was excellent, was asked a few times if I needed anything, check out was very respectful and friendly.

On Sunday I visited bed bath & beyond. I went there to get some Hanukkah candles because my family and I were running londa. Fortunately or the last night of Hanukkah but I was able to pick up at least five extra boxes of Hanukkah candles. So so my family and I won't run out of them next year. I also like the large selection of different merchandise from bathroom article such as shower curtains towel holders, coffee makers blankets everything that you need you can find at bed bath & beyond. What I particularly like about bed bath & beyond, they also have on display many items that many entrepreneurs from the TV series shark tank. that's another reason why I like going to bed bath & beyond, many times this corporation gives the entrepreneurial Spirit a chance to make their mark on society. While at the same time giving us quality merchandise. Well done bed bath & beyond.
