Been shopping here from their first year. My wife loves the products. ❤ I even ran into an old friend & neighbor in the store not too far back !

They gladly took my coupon for a free body care gift - Taylor Road rejected the bar of soap. Please note that associates at both stores were excellent but only management at the Heath location gets the nod.

Friendly service, awesome atmosphere I love to go to this store!! I was unhappy with some of my purchases, it was the candles, something is going on with them and u can't even smell them anymore! They use to have such a strong scent throw and now it's nothing and I thought maybe I got a bad batch or something bur I keep seeing the same comments about the candles so please go back to the way they use to be, because spending 20 to 30 bucks on a candle that has no smell is horrible

Ok I go in this place 1-2 times a week. Employees are wonderful!. The manager Jen is always great. They carry a great selection and always have great sales! Love this store! Always a great sale and if you sign up for emails you will get additional offers on top of what's already on sale!! So worth it to sign up. Yesterday I got room sprays for 2.95 a piece!! One sprays fills the room!

This one had a big variety and 100% positive employees, but as always we only getting stuff on sale lol. 8.95 for soap? Nah always wait until it’s 2.95/3.95

Really small but jam packed store. Always has some kind of sale going on, no matter the time of year or day of the week I've visited.

Big fan of their lotions, usually can get those during one of the sales for far prices comparable to generic lotions.

I've always had helpful and friendly service here, even during black Friday rushes.

I walked in and was immediately approached and told what the sales were and offered a basket by a very nice lady. She let me browse the store without hovering over me or being pushy. Some of these Bath & Body Works stores have very pushy and intrusive salespeople, but not here. She later stopped by and asked if I needed anything. It was nice experience.

Every time I go here it's a good experience! The ladies who work here are very cool , and I love those candles!! Guys...put away your b.s. and get a 3 wick candle for your spot. Whoever comes over will love it.👍

The nicest employees of any BBW I've visited in all of central Ohio and I've visited MANY! 😀 They're happy and helpful. Sheree is amazing!

I usually always order online,I don't know why I was at the mall that day , I must have had a coupon, it's so much easier.... online has everything I want and it comes straight to my house.... everytime I order i make a $100.00 or more order so shipping is always free

This is an awesome store ! They always have exactly what I go in for. I just wish it was on the list so I could stop online and pick up at that location.

Had a very good sale today, 75% off half of the store. Nice environment.

Fun to find new products and smell the new fragrances. Staff is always helpful and kind. They know their products and guide you all the products you might like. Nice store.

I had a great time at Bath & Body Works in Newark, Ohio! The service from "Morgan" was awesome. She has a wonderful spirit.

Love the products, but disappointing when you find a fragrance you like then it gets discontinued. Too many changes, but overall very nice.

Great selection, helpful staff, AWESOME SALE, and minimal wait for check-out. Bonus: Located right across from VS in the mall.
